Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Zakopane. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed (though pillows are a bit flat). Resort facilities include pool, saunas, whirlpool - all included in room rate. On-site spa offers various treatments (massage, facials, etc) for reasonable fees. Breakfast buffet offers very good variety. I would have rated this place excellent except that accessibility is an issue. For example: access to some floors requires both elevator and stairs. Access to dining room has stairs and a very steep ramp.
Stayed for 3 nights on our first trip to Zakopane and loved this hotel! Very high standards for the price you pay (we found it very very reasonable!!). Our room was nice, the bathroom/shower was huge and bed very comfy. The pool area was nice but quite cold! Overall decor of the hotel was very nice, but agree with some of the previous reviews that there's not much of a lobby/reception area to sit but didn't really bother us. Can't comment on the restaurant that much as we chose to ate out, but we enjoyed breakfast! The breakfast buffet had a lot of Polish offerings if you wanted to try, but can order a la carte items from a menu which were really nice - would recommend the French Toast! Great location to walk into the centre of Zakopane (took approx 10 mins) and great to come back into the warmth after being out in the snow all day! Would definitely come back to this hotel if we return to Zakopane again.
I stayed in this hotel on October 24. I was expecting a bit more from this hotel. Location is great 15 min away from famous town centre . Compare to other 4 stars hotels I've already been ,this hotel needs more improvement. Souna was not working during my stay and it was two small for this massive hotel. Steam room has capacity of only 3 person at the time. Relaxing are too small. If you come by your own car , you've got to pay £12 parking charge every night which was disappointing. No fresh fruit juice on the breakfast menu. Not even bottle of waters... Options on the breakfast are limited. Do not count on the souna and spa area. Really disappointing. Tea and coffee set so basic. Toiletries in the bathroom not really complete .
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was definitely a good experience. Upon arrival, there was some confusion with our room (the room we were accommodated was already occupied by other guest) but the reception has promptly sorted it out and upgraded our room for an apartment at no charge. Cleanliness was definitely 5/5. Most of the staff were very helpful, especially the reception team. What could be improved is spa access hours. Pool and spa are open for adult only between 8PM and 9PM. One hour so relatively a short time. However jacuzzi, hot beds, sauna were switched off at 8:45PM - a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel is located very close to Krupowki Street and Gubalowka which is definitely very convenient.
Location location location...over panoramic view of Zakopane with a breathe taking mountains view waking you up. Breakfast buffet in a traditional Polish way. Surrounded by the forest. Local old parish 5 min walk andb10 min walk to Zakopane main district Very clean and warm rooms despite of the building being very old style. Highly recommend It Was my second stay there.
Grand Nosalowy Dwór is located at the foot of the Nosal Mountain in Zakopane. It features a recreational centre and apartments and rooms with flat-screen cable TVs and free Wi-Fi. The Nosalowy Dwór’s bright rooms and apartments feature wooden furniture in warm colours, which includes a work desk. All rooms are heated, and have a minibar, refrigerator and safety deposit box. Guests can get a workout at the Grand Nosalowy’s fitness centre, go for a swim in the indoor swimming pool or play a game of billiards. A sauna and steam bath are also at their disposal. The guest accommodation also organises a skiing school and offers a ski storage service. The nearest ski lift on the Nosal Mountain is only 140 metres away. Wielka Krokiew Ski Jumping Venue is within 1.5 km. The on-site restaurant, Grand, offers a selection of Polish and worldwide dishes, as well as original dishes prepared by the chef. The Sport Bar Lobby offers drinks and warm beverages. The Panoramika Café features scenic views of the area.

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.
We stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel offered everything we needed - nice room, great location (a 5 minute walk to train station one way and into town the other) and great buffet breakfast. Staff were always helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day. What really stood out about this hotel though was the restaurant. The quality of the food was absolutely superb and far better than a lot of the standard tourist menu offerings in Zakopane. I would stay here (and eat here) were I to return to Zakopane.
My 4-people family spent a week there. The apartment is located in the center of Zakopane. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very good place to stay for reasonable price. Free parking, supermarket ”Biedronka” and all attractions within a short distance. Friendly and professional staff. I can recommend this place without any doubt.
Część restauracyjna super, brakowało mi jedynie mleka bez laktozy i roślinnego do wyboru.
Przyzwoite warunki lokalowe w dobrej cenie. Blisko Centrum. Personel miły. Obiekt przestronny i czysty.
Tętniący życiem hotel oferuje swoim klientom miłą i gościnną atmosferę. Dania smaczne i obfite z profesjonalna obsługą kelnerską w postaci Pana Tomasza. Do zobaczenia wkrótce.
