The landscape is really pretty. I think it's perfect for spending 1 or 2 days there (not a lot more to see than rice terraces). The tent was clean and comfortable with a nice view. The transport from or to the resort is a little tricky and needs to be organized well if you don't have your own car. The staff was friendly BUT what I felt was a no-go is that I booked and paid for the trip but they contacted my husband only and only talked to him though I also speak the local language. I found that really rude, even sexist. For foreigners and women it's maybe not the ideal place.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThis is what they call in Chinese a ”minsu” (民俗) which is basically a family run B&B or home stay. It's location is good, located at the top of Baiyingu village. It's also about a 60 minute hike (1.8km) to a great scenic spot called Qixingdun. You can pay more money if you want to stay in one of the top room floors with better views of the village below. One thing that can be improved is the small bathrooms which can be designed better. Also, it can get loud if families are staying because the kids can scream.
MMei YingWe stayed for just one night for a sunrise over the rice terrace. From the moment we arrived - all the staff made us feel extremely welcomed. The butler took our very heavy luggage up all the stairs to the room we were staying in. Room service is via WeChat and is super convenient. Also, make sure you add the staff in WeChat before you checkin so they can be ready to carry your luggage up. In my opinion the selling point of this homestay is its view - you can literally see the sunrise outside of your room without having to go to the public view points. However if you are a photographer and wanting to take proper photos I suggest you go to the viewpoints. In saying that, this place is only a few meters from one of the most popular view points. Facilities in the room are mostly smart tech and very cool to use! If I come back to Yunhai rice Terrace, I will definitely come back here to airark.
CCaoThe hotel has awesome views over terraced fields inside owned by the village. The rooms in overall are excellent. The owner is a very kind and helpful gentlemen who makes takes a lot of effort to solve the guest' problems. We are a family with a baby and he arranged the pick up and transport from the highspeed rail taking care of all necessary details. Next time I come to Yunhe I would definitively come to this place. By the way, there is a restaurant next door which is very convenient and you will eat well
