The house is new and super clean, with a beautifully designed interior. Everything is thoughtfully planned and made with quality materials. It’s perfect for relaxation, featuring an onsen, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious areas. The large TV and comfortable bed add to the experience. It would be even better if the second-floor toilet had a sink. I absolutely loved my stay!
It’s an above and beyond hot spring hotel designed by Japanese well known architect. The design is outstanding, peaceful and stylish, especially love the firefly lamp inside the room.
Served by professional staff who carry friendly smiles, delicious traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. I was attracted by KOLs to try the beef rice in the shopping street. It took me an hour in the queue, but then I found out the even better beef rice was already tasted at hotel dinner.
Enjoy staff-led morning exercise and DIY handmade workshop.
I did even enjoy solo outdoor hot spring under snowing. What a perfect stay at Kai Yufuin
JJ SAbsolutely loved this place. The staff were so so friendly and made me feel safe although I was a solo traveller. Loved the yukata you could wear around the hotel. The private onsen is first come first serve so make sure to book early at the reception! You must get the kaiseki dinner and breakfast. One of the best meals I had including the restaurants I’ve visited during my one month stay in Japan with incredible views of the mountain. An easy 15min walk from yufuin station/bus station even with my massive luggage especially with the scenic view on the way there. And less than 10min walk to floral village and kinrin lake! Thanks once again!!
