All employees are so nice, and bring a lot of joy for us. You can feel the friendliness all around you. The restaurant chef deserves lot of kudos also, we decided to cancel other reservations to only eat there : fresh seasonal products perfectly cooked. We definitely would come again ! Room is also as described and we did not lack of anything !

Its a good experience staying 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel restaurant provide serve very nice foods but a bit expensive.

Love this place! Very near the terrace. I had my meals here, food is so tasty. Of course the room is so cozy and clean. I was really enjoyed my stay here ✌️

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here! The staff was so helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious! I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area, it was just perfect for our family.

Room abit outdated and stairways not bright enough. Served very good breakfast esp their western set.

We loved the hotel!! The service was kind and first rate. The views and room were spectacular! We could enjoy the rice daddies without leaving the comfort of our room but getting out at the hotel and beyond was stunning, breathtaking. We will always return to this hotel when we return to Yuanyang!!!

Wonderful hotel with amazing terrace view. Located on a quiet village, close to different view points (need a car to get around). Staff very helpful and nice, even arranged early check out and breakfast on our last morning. Very nice atmosphere.

The view from the hotel room is perfect to see the rice terrace right from the hotel room window. It's walkable to some of the lookouts. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, this is in the middle of a farm village and part of the village.

Amazomg hotel on a stunning location right on the rice terraces. The servoce was.amazing. Theybwrte caromg, polite and patient. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful views - the rooms are simple but great for a trip to the rice terraces. We had a problem with the restaurant food on the first night but the problem was promptly resolved by the manager which was much appreciated. The goat hotpot did not come with slice d meat for cooking as expected. Instead all meat was already in the pot (quantity not enough for 2 people as mainly fat and bones which I did not enjoy eating). However the manager offered to remedy this problem by presenting a plate of sliced meat. This show good attitude in resolving problems. Highly recommended.The following evening he made good recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed the food very much.

The view is just as beautiful as it looks, and location wise it is ideal. The room was clean and stunning views. The food was good when it was available, but many of the options on the menu were not available. Likewise, there was no water in the outdoor pool as advertised. The staff also said they didn’t know how to make cocktails, despite having a bar with all spirits available. Finally, I would recommend AGAINST booking a car transit through the hotel. We ended up missing our train from Kunming because the driver (and her friend, who was brought along for the ride) stopped multiple times, including for long snack breaks, so we arrived 20 minutes after our train time.
