Good night stay. Comfortable. Good shower. Yea coffee and water provided. Smart tv and internet. Excellent location for York hospital. Would stay again.

I want to complain about this hotel. I made an appointment to do check out at three o'clock in the afternoon the day before. As a result, we arrived at the hotel at 14:30. The ****** woman put our suitcase out before three o'clock, and then there was another box in the room. We went in to get the box and used the toilet. It was immoral for the ****** waiter to ask us to give us 20 pounds. We haven't checked out yet. Why should we let our things out? What's more, there is a box in the house. It's not time to check out, so why can't you use the toilet? Then our family ignored her, she blackmailed us for 20 pounds and called the landlord, and the hotel advised everyone not to stay! Poor attitude, but also specializes in bullying non-local tourists! It's disgusting that ******* discriminate against foreigners.

I'm a foreigner and my English isn't very good. When I checked in, the person who answered the phone repeated the door lock code several times to me, and was very patient. The hotel is across from the hospital, a ten-minute walk to the city center. My room was comfortable, and the shared kitchen outside was very convenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful, the location convenient. Overall, a very good stay, and I hope to stay again

Booked here as work brought me over to York. Affordable price for the weekend. Recommended
