Room size was perfect. We did not feel crammed in the room like a lot of hotels with two doubles and a sleep sofa. Was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids!

The main complaint is the in unit AC. It is incredibly loud. We tried switching rooms, but it was just as bad. We also overheard other guests making the same remarks. We had a king bed suit and had to sleep on the pullout couch in the main room. The pullout mattress is very bad, so you get to choose between a very loud room with an average hotel bed or a fairly quiet room(ignoring hallway traffic) with a thin and flimsy spring mattress.
The breakfast is a $15 buffet with about the worst quality buffet food you can picture. If you’re okay with fake eggs, plastic waffles, and expired fruit, then you’re in for a treat.

We enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions based on what we observed
The restaurant for the first two nights were excellent but Friday night out of tea and there was paper cooked inside my hamburger was refunded but not given any replacement. Second day came back to made beds third day beds not made. Only 3 towels and 3 cups in a suite with 5 people. Room was by elevator and ice machine so noise all night.

Everything was wonderful with the property. The only complaint was the hot tub needed to be cleaned and serviced.

the room was great. the customer service when checking out was decent but when I checked in the customer service could have been better. I absolutely loved the room it was amazing! It was super clean, it smelled amazing, there was a nice bar downstairs! The Jamaican lady downstairs attitude was the only con.

My stay was as I expected. I always clean and disinfectant my hotel room wherever I go, so it was clean enough at arrival. Staff was friendly, nice amenities, convenient to dozens of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was extraordinary or standout. I did appreciate the option for late check out because we were exhausted.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Friendly staff, extremely clean, well kept property, and convenient location close to tourist sites, restaurants, and shopping!! We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when visiting the area!
