Located between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.

This is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

Wonderful hospitable staff. Spacious clean room. Delicious breakfasts. Grocery/coffee shops/public transport within walking distance. Everything is top notch. I recommend!

房間清潔乾淨，服務熱心周到。空調，電暖氣提前打開，進入房間就很温暖。酒店前的路邊可以停車，出門行駛很方便。

Приятный чистый отель, завтрак включен, персонал говорит по-русски, местоположение на горе (так что лучше из центра возвращаться домой на метро), из некоторых номеров видна гора Арарат, но если из номера нет вида - то ее всегда видно с лестничной площадки. В номере было все необходимое - вода, чай, туалетные принадлежности, тапочки.

I had a great stay for 4 nights. The room is spacious with pantry area and two windows which gives you a glimpse of the outside and could let the sunlight in which is perfect if you’re a morning person. The balcony has a nice view of the outside without any view obstructions since the building stands tall alone in that location. Pillows, blanket and bed provided me with comfort in those 4 nights. The staff is accommodating and very friendly especially Arabika (she’s really nice and always greet you with a smile). Food taste good and has lots of option for breakfast. I made sure I don’t miss it, the lady cook is also very nice and gave me my favorite dish even though it’s not part of the menu that day. I can’t complain. My vacation was made perfect and I would love to stay again.

The best hotel I‘ve visited. The breakfast was amazing. Hotel’s staff is very polite and helpful. Not so far from the city centre. Rooms are quiet and very bright. Hotel has a bar as well. Many drinks I have enjoyed there. I will recommend this hotel to the people.

Budget friendly but great hotel. Staff are amazing and friendly! Speaks good english so it wasnt a problem. Its clean and the location is an easy access to the city. Walking distance to the metro, groceries and restaurants. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Yerevan (long or short term)! Very clean rooms and common areas, nicely decorated and quiet, great hospitality and service, phenomenal views and home-like comfort. Free buffet-style breakfast offers a wide variety to chose from.

This is a small hotel, just seven floors and four rooms on each hotel, but it has a huge amount going for it and is strongly recommended. The best rooms are at the back (rooms 74, 64, 54, etc), for two reasons: one is the imposing view of Mt Ararat way to the south over the Turkish border and the other is that they are the quietest. The rooms have fridge, microwave, sink, and plates and cutlery, so you can eat in if you want: we stayed for ten days and did so several times. Don't bother getting your own breakfast, though: the breakfasts here are superb, with an amazing range to satisfy even picky eaters! The hotel is on the junction of Bagramian Avenue, which is one of the main artery roads, and Orbeli Street, so taxis can find it easily. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, where many hotels are: a short walk down Bagramian will get you to the Bagramian stop on the Metro and from there it is two stops to Republic Square; or, as we often did, you can walk down Bagramian, which is tree-lined, and get the Metro back. There are several handy supermarkets near the hotel in the direction of the Metro and a large, fancier one down Orbeli; also, if you go up Bagramian beyond the Orbeli junction there are several great food shops on the same side of Bagramian as the hotel. The staff are wonderful and unfailingly kind, friendly and completely trustworthy. The lady who cleaned our room was Iranian with a good command of English and a fascinating person to talk to. Down in the breakfast room, at the front desk and throughout the hotel the staff are exceptional. They arranged a car with driver for us at a very reasonable rate and we took advantage of that to go to Lake Sevan; we made several other trips with the same driver and he eventually drove us up to Dilijian as well. Lastly, let's face it, you're not going to learn the Armenian script for a short stay. But you might learn the Russian script and/or bring a Russian phrase book, as a lot of signage is in Russian as well as Armenian but not Roman (eg the Metro). 'Good morning' in Armenian is easy - 'Barry Lewis' - and the staff really appreciated us saying that. 'Thank you' is more of a challenge - 'shnor-haka-loo-tyoon' - but it is worth make the effort to learn because of the smiles it brings out!

My friend and I were visiting another friend who lives next door to this hotel, and we stayed for 11 days. What a find! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Plus, a nice balcony. Great breakfast! Close to the metro and bus lines, as well as wine shops and grocery stores. Our room was ta the back and most days we had a great view of Mt. Ararat when it wasn't clouded over. Staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Yerevan.

I have stayed at Orbeli Hotel Yerevan for 4 nights and everything was on point. Breakfast, cozy new rooms and the hospitality. Will recommend to everyone visiting Yerevan. Will come back for sure next time.
