Good location but so dirty. Room furniture not maintained and old bed. The only good is big space of the rooms.

La qualité de service est médiocre. Personnel n’ont pas serviables. J’ai demande un coffre-fort dans ma chambre pour mettre mes documents (passeport , argent cartes….)ils m’ont dit ok d’accord mais après ils m’ont rien amené.. j’ai demandé de changer ma chambre ils m’ont dit ok après ils m’ont dit non on ne peut pas …la bouffe est froide pas de variété….honnêtement hôtel à éviter

Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious, lovely hotel. The animation team were very friendly and got all the family involved throughout the day and night- made the holiday itself nicer. Chaima and djo were very helpful and welcoming, they made us feel at ease. They made us laugh all day long. They both put smiles on everybody faces. The entertainment was very good, both Chaima and Djo got all the family involved which was lovely. I would recommend the hotel to all ages of families.

The hotel was clean, the room we stayed in was very spacious with decent sized beds. The facilities were average. The animation team especially Djo was very good, he was very accommodating and friendly he spent time getting to know the children and teaching them the dances and getting them involved in the activities. We travelled as a large group, each of us found something to do. Unfortunately for our family the food was not to our liking as much although the staff were very accommodating for my special needs son and made sure he had what he needed to eat each day.

Hotel rooms little dated, the staff are amazing honestly they are so so good with the children, yes some can't speak English but they try an understand the basics. We all loved our first family hoilday aboard And made life time friend with a staff member already trying to book to go back next year honestly amazing. The only down side we had as a family with sen child is the food if you have or no sen children you no beige is there way we'll they didn't have none of that expected as different county but hats off to the chief who cooked chips every night for my sen child with no bother at all we are all so sad to be home thanks again specially AMER FARHAT

Pros: Good size room, which was clean and comfortable. Porters, waiters and housekeeping very friendly. Great sea view. Small private beach Cons: Not 1 member of staff speaks fluent English. Which means you can't get any assistance. Hotel looks a bit tired. Pool area very dirty, cigarette butts, cotton buds etc around poolside. Most sunbeds have no cushions available. All inclusive is not worth the money, very limited drinks. I don't drink alcohol or soda, so had water all week as no juices or mixers. Food in restaurant not labelled so no idea what you were eating and noone to ask as noone speaks English. Avoid asking for a sea view as these rooms are all above the nightclub, which is supposed to finish at 2am but was still blaring til 3.30am most mornings. Food very samey, I'm not a fussy eater but struggled to stay 'excited' probably had 2 really good meals in 10 days. We were the only British people in the Hotel, mostly North African and clearly catered for them. We had 6 days in which the hotel/dining rooms were overrun with guests attending conferences. Would definitely not recommend for a relaxing holiday. Would not recommend the Yasmine Hammamet area. Go to Sousse I hear it's great there ☺️

Rooms are dirty, bedding although you can see was washed but with stains , during my 9 days stay the pillow cases and bedding was changed only once, towels again with stains. Aircon not working 😕 Staff friendly in the restaurant and pool bar, the other bar if you are know you get good service if not, you are made to feel like you are interrupting. Breakfast absolutely dreadful, no choice, lunch and dinner ok. Far from 4 🌟 My first and last visit there

Truly terrible. We were dumped here by TUI after our flight was cancelled. Where can anyone find 100+ spare rooms in the height of the summer season?? There’s a reason! Not clean, food terrible, aircon not working, and charging for water and soft drinks despite being all inclusive.

The worst experience of my life!!!! My mum and I booked what was meant to be a relaxing week away to find that it was actually more stressful there and ruined our whole holiday. We have come home feeling very disappointed, stressed and disgusted at everything we experienced in your hotel! 1) When we arrived to the hotel (even though we were delayed 5 hours) it still took 2 hours to check in as there was no rooms ready. I Sat waiting in reception whilst you found a room and got it ready. 2) When finally arriving in the rooms, there was stained bed sheets, and long black hair on the bed, shower and toilet. (Pictures attached) 3) There were also no towels in the room so we couldn’t shower after travelling for 12 hours 4) When the maids took the dirty towels, they didn’t replace with new ones and when asked we were repeatedly told we had to wait till later. Even coming back from the beach covered in sand. 5) When the room was cleaned they didn’t leave more toilet paper or shower wash so had to go and ask reception before using the toilet 6) No hair dryer in the room 7) At the Private beach there was no beer after day 1, only soft drinks. 8) the Water tank was empty at the beach bar and had to ask and wait for it to be changed 9) Waited half hour in the line for food at the beach bar and there was nothing left when we got to the front and they didn’t refill so didn’t eat. 10) I saw staff taking the left over bread rolls from tables and what wasn’t eaten they would put back in the box for someone else 11) Have to Pay to use the gym (you refunded) 12) No air con in the gym it’s basically a sauna 13) Ants everywhere in the gym 14) No wifi in any of the hotel only reception and most of the time it didn’t work. I had to ask you to reset the router several times. 15) No running water to have a shower in our rooms! When the shower did work the water pressure was so low you had to wedge the switch from bath to shower up or it would fall down! 16) Not enough chairs to sit everyone in the entertainment area so had to stand sometimes. 17) The food was often terrible and not enough cooked for everyone so the only things left were rice and bread rolls! We had to eat out most days! Me and my mum aren’t fussy. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The local taxi drivers said “4* here is 2* to UK” .. I’d give it a 1/2* at most! Avoid if you want a good holiday!

I didn’t want to write This In ******* but I think You Guys have no access You don’t answer emails. I am a Food and Beverage Director of one the International Airports In Canada . We had a Stay this weekend from June 16Th to June 18Th , we Got 3 Rooms one of Them was 475 . Today Morning During Our Breakfast my Dad had an incident with Restaurant Supervisor (if that was his Position), My Dad and I were in the line to grab an omelette and the Guy approches My dad and he Grabbed Him From His Hand Attempting To Re-organize the Line . PS: (My Dad was The Main Reason I came to Tunisia since he Just got an Open Heart Surgery, and we wanted to have Some Fun Time Together) My dad Told Him that he can’t Grab him from his Hand he Refused that he Touch Him That way because I believe we are the Guest. The Gentlemen Continue his Aggressive Action by even Fighting my Dad ! Wich is Crasy , and the funny Part was When He also Grabbed my Hand Attempting To continue Reorganizing The Omelette Line . And when I Told Him Please don’t touch me , he Told me ‘Smella Alik’ . And that made me Leave the Hotel immediately. I went To a lot of Countries for Holidays but This was the Worst Experience that I Ever Had . I Didint want to mention about the Dast in the Ceiling in Our Three Roms , because I know the Economic Situation of the country Can’t help For a Renovation, but I saw a Hard working Housekeeping Ladies that they Needed More training just To offer a Room with Not dast.
