綜合評價還是比較適合商務人士的，我是過段時間公司要組織會議，提前先過去考察一下，特意等到會議結束了才評價，第一服務不錯，辦入住的時候看見我戴了眼鏡直接給送了幾個眼鏡濕巾，還主動給了張取電卡，這些細節相當到位了。酒店整體設計還是比較新潮的，符合年輕人的審美，他們的會議室一共有三個，規模都不一樣，有意思的是他們三個會議室的投屏方式都不一樣，值得一提的是他們的大會議室，我們130人左右可以完全容納，不會顯得很擁擠，還有很大的LED大屏，坐在後排也能很清晰的看見內容，音響效果很棒，設施都挺齊全的，原本想着我們需要的台式話筒有點多可能滿足不了我們，沒想到人家直接給配了10個，也有兩部獨立的會議梯，地上、地下停車場都很大，停車位也很充足，還有充電柱那個可以充電。房間是做的乾濕分離那種，衞生整體來講挺不錯的，很智能，硬件相當不錯。餐廳設計的還挺有特色的，早餐種類挺齊全的，菜品口味不錯，他家還可以承接午晚餐，這樣開完會也不用費事出去了。從他家出去走路十分鐘左右就能到海邊了，可以順道做了團建，真不錯，什麼都有了。

酒店應該新開業不久，房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛。停車方便，有免費洗衣房、熨斗,書吧和健身房。但給我印象最深的是服務和細節給力。給下面幾點點贊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍: 1.辦理入住就送了一份水果，而且送水果的時間把握很好。客人進入房間大概10分鐘會把水果送到房間，這期間住客基本上可以安頓好了。 2.客人退房時送上一份小吃，有水果、零食和瓶裝水。 3.辦理退房的時間很寬裕。打電話問前台得到答覆最遲退房時間可以是下午2-3點鐘。這對於很多酒店中午12點退房的硬性規定，很人性化，退房的時間彈性很大。而且有的酒店要求住客必須中午12點之前退房。對這樣規定的酒店，我衹要事先知道絕對不會選擇入住的。 4.平台上看預訂的房間，得當天下午2點才可以辦理入住。我因為早晨7點多到煙台，所以提前給酒店打電話確認是否可以提前辦理入住，得到答覆可以先來酒店，衹要有空房間即可辦理入住。我到達酒店後，有房間而且還給升級了觀海房間。 5.晚上9:30後還送一份粥作夜宵，雖然我無福享受。這裡有個建議就是把送粥的時間能否提前，因為從養生的角度來説喝粥時間太晚不利於健康。
