We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff really went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and comfortable. During check-in we got a free upgrade to a larger room with a better view. The entire room was spotless and cozy (we didn’t notice anything sus). We also got a llama chair friend in our room :3 The hotel also has a partnership that offers a driver service with a local driver/guide who drives you around the whole day (and helps you avoid tourist traps). We didnt know about this before arriving but it definitely made our trip a lot more smooth. Our driver 小徐 treated us like friends and was very eager to teach us about the history behind the places. The hotel also offers free breakfast which includes the local delicacy Guilin rice noodles, and afternoon tea. However, the dinner (separately ordered) was incredible, and was honestly really tasty. It was convenient having such a good restaurant inside the hotel itself. We were also surprised by the amount of little activities there were to do in the hotel, which included a petting zoo, photoshoots, and fishing (though we didn’t do this one).

My 3D2N at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and incredibly responsive. They even created a dedicated WeChat group just for me, making it effortless to coordinate everything for my family and to ensure my dietary restrictions were fully taken care of. The hotel’s strategic location made our trip even smoother — close to key attractions and perfect for exploring the area without any hassle with e bike rental in the area. The property itself offered a beautiful view, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and clearly well-maintained. Every evening, I enjoyed watching the fireworks right from the hotel, which added a magical touch to my stay. The food was delicious yet humble, prepared with care and served with genuine warmth. As a final thoughtful gesture, the staff surprised me with souvenirs and snacks for my next trip, which truly made me feel valued. Overall, the hospitality exceeded my expectations. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and memorable experiences.

Since booking, the experience has been the best I have ever had, the hotel messaged me to confirm a day before, and advice/guidance was given and a contact (Casey) who spoke clear English. Upon arrival to the hotel, we received a warm welcome. We were upgraded to a better room with a stunning view of the mountain and river. Breakfast was brilliant, coffee was very good quality. Afternoon tea was included - we took advantage of this. The hotel has a beautiful lobby where you could spend some time reading/socialising, we enjoyed the pool table and gym on many occasions. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot with a swimming pool and a field touching the river, very private yet accessible. The hotel room is clean clean clean, fully equipped with everything needed, state of the art toilet, huge TV, bath tub. the restaurant on the top floor was a bonus with fresh food, cheap prices and convenient. Very clean rooms and polite staff. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with booking admission tickets to Ruyifeng park and booking a car to the rail station for our departure. Location is a little remote, but it's quiet with spectacular views of the nearby mountains.

The view from hotel Observatory deck is amazing! Swimming pool is great. The best part of this hotel is the green spectacular lawn on the bank of a small river. Kids love the Trampoline on the lawn and animals feeding next to the lawn. Fishing facilities provided by the hotel was added fun overall. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

The apartment was great, very spacious. Transfer to the Zhangjiajie national park was provided when needed for free, they also picked us up from the Railway Station. They offer a tour guide that helps you find your way through the park. We personally went alone and even then they sent a map and numbered stops we could make to improve our experience. Also, one day we got lost in the park and the staff of the hotel helped us find our way back and waited for us very patiently. We spent Chinese New Year there and the staff invited us to a dinner with their families and other guests. There were many typical foods and we were offered anything else we might need from their menu. Everyone was very welcoming and kind; they were always ready to help.
