An extremely cozy BnB with outstanding service and hospitality, good location for visiting nearby scenery spots. Cozy dining environment serving local dishes with import beer/wine available(price is only about 15% higher than these outside local restaurants but really worth it). Highly recommended. 这是间溫馨安逸的民宿,能说广东话的老板娘極度熱情好客,服务非常周到兼窩心,地点位置到附近景点非常方便。餐廰环境舒适,晚餐菜价只是比県城里那胶枱布农家菜館贵了一丁点但绝对建议遊玩后返回民宿就餐。極力推荐此民宿。

Lovely hotel 15 minutes away from famous 20 yuan viewpoint. Far from tacky busy noisy Xingping ancient town. I stayed 2 nights and will be back to stay longer. Staff is ownerful. Boss Kitty is well travelled and designed her guesthouse to be asethetically pleasing and comfortable. The roof terrace has an amazing view. There is free laundry washer and dryer and a dedicated space to dry clothes naturally.. room has black out electric curtains controlled by a remote. Breakfast is delicious, best home made yoghurt from buffalo milk fed by sugar cane. Guilin noodles is great too. Boss Kitty will suggest places to visit and hiking trails. Especially the crested dragon eggplant and stuffed snails

Wonderful hotel with top services by the hotel staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo. There are more things to do around the hotel which is near Xinping ancient city than Yangshuo for us- nice walking trail along li river, a few mountains to hike around the hotel and less crowd.

the best hotel to stay at! theres a reason why the rating is so high! had an amazing stay at valley house! the staff were all really nice and helpful. it was my first time at 阳朔 and they provided a lot of information on the attractions. they will go the extra mile to help and provide the needs you have. the hotel and rooms are extremely clean! the breakfast was great and there was also red bean soup and fruits at night which was good too! they provide free pick/drop off from 阳朔 train station (15mins away from hotel). there’s washing machine and dryer in the hotel! the attraction tickets can also be purchased at the hotel for a discounted price! would highly recommend everybody to come here! will definitely come back again!

had an absolutely incredible stay at valley house. kitty’s hospitality and attentiveness is second to none. she helped us arrange our days according to our preferences and everything she recommended to us was great. the hotel room was very spacious, clean and smoke free. the extra little touches around the hotel really made us feel at ease like home. easy walking distance down to the river which was a perfect location to see the sunrise. kitty also kindly arranged transportation for us to get to xianggong mountain for sunrise which was extra helpful as we would have had no idea how to have done it on our own! it is a little out of the way which we loved but might not be as accessible if you’re wanting to be in the centre of town. can easily hail a didi to and from if required. ask about the fried eggplant if you’re looking for a good meal!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in 云上谷. Special thanks to Kitty, 小谷 and the rest of the team for their hospitality and excellent services provided during our 5 days 4 night stay. The accommodation is very clean, 2 min walk to li river and various hiking trails. Kitty provided valuable information about xingping and yangshuo that made our traveling to various interesting places smooth. She also recommended cycling route in yangshuo which is scenic and not crowded. Kitty and 小谷 also assisted us to purchase tickets at a discount to 如意峰. We were served home made drinks every time we were back to minsu. Breakfast and dinner in the minsu is very tasty. We had a great time staying in 云上谷.

What a wonderful hotel this is. The area is quiet as it is not in the town center. The food is fantadtic. Absolutely recommend the beer fish. The area around it has an abumdance of hiking, climbing, and caving. The bamboo raft tours are nearby. The service is top notch with the most helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic stay. Breakfast: Great. There is a small menu to choose from the night before and you select what options and quantities you want. Guilin beef noodles are the staple and were good. Can also have dumplings, pumpkin bread, sweet potato, eggs, bread and butter/jam, yoghurt, and a few more. Room: Great view. Spacious and clean. We had a walk in closet which was very useful for our large luggage. We could relax on the balcony in the evening. The sofa cushions could have been a bit softer. Bathroom was very large and well equipped. Good strong hot water in the shower. Location: 10min walk from 20RMB scenic view point. 45min lovely walk along river to the Lengshui passenger ferry, or can get a 5min taxi. Not many restaurants in very close proximity. Can Didi to Xingping or eat at the hotel which was also good. Excellent for local walking, sightseeing and viewpoints which is primarily why we visited. Service: Staff were a highlight of our stay. As non-Chinese speaking guests we used translate and WeChat. They helped carry our very heavy luggage, organized an electric cart driver to take us to Damianshan and Xiangongshan mountains, helped me order some online shopping to the hotel, gave us oranges and bottled waters as a farewell gift. It was their warm, friendly and helpful nature that was the best though.
