นี่เป็นหนึ่งในประสบการณ์ที่วิเศษที่สุดของฉันในญี่ปุ่นเลยค่ะ หวังว่าเราจะได้อยู่ต่ออีกสักสองสามคืนนะคะ พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก อาหารอร่อยเลิศ และวิว! มันสุดยอดจริง ๆ ค่ะ สารภาพตามตรง ตอนแรกฉันกังวลว่าห้องอาบน้ำรวมจะคนเยอะมาก แต่ตอนที่เราไปไม่มีใครเลยค่ะ มันยอดเยี่ยมจริง ๆ พ่อแม่ฉันบอกว่ามันทำให้ผิวพวกท่านดีขึ้นด้วยค่ะ แนะนำร้านอาหารข้าง ๆ ด้วยนะคะ มีคุณป้าสองคนเป็นเจ้าของ พวกเขาน่ารักมาก และอาหารก็ราคาไม่แพงแถมอร่อยด้วยค่ะ!

จ่ายไป 600 ดอลลาร์สำหรับห้องพัก 3 คน รวมแค่ค่าอาหารเช้า ไม่มีอาหารเย็น ไม่คุ้มค่าเลย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกธรรมดา มีรถรับส่งฟรีจากสถานียูดานากะ และพวกเขาก็มารับเราตอนที่เราไปทานอาหารเย็นใกล้สถานีด้วย ห้องน้ำออกแบบมาดีมาก 3 คนสามารถใช้พร้อมกันได้ทั้งอ่างล้างหน้า สุขา และอ่างอาบน้ำ จะดีมากถ้าไม่ใช่เพราะราคา เดิน 10 นาทีจากสถานี และลื่นมากช่วงฤดูหนาว

โรงแรมไม่สามารถให้ห้องพักแก่เราได้และได้คืนเงินให้แล้ว เราผิดหวังมากและรู้สึกแย่มากทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ ฉันจะส่งใบแจ้งหนี้อย่างเป็นทางการที่ระบุจำนวนเงินที่ขอคืนเงินและนามบัตรของผู้จัดการให้กับ trip.com ค่ะ กรุณาดำเนินการคืนเงินต่อไป ขอบคุณมาก

super good English service food and spacious room, great onsen

A good place to stay to access the Monkey Forest etc. the place was very clean and rooms very spacious. Not a lot of food options if you don’t book long in advance, staff were not particularly helpful in helping to arrange either transport nor suggesting where to go for dinner. Service amounted to: ‘taxis are full, too late to book food here…etc’ so whilst not rude, also not helpful. Would probably stay elsewhere if visiting the area again based on service.

The hotel itself was good, with friendly staff and excellent food. However, our stay was negatively affected by a serious booking issue. We booked through Trip for 3 adults and 1 child. The booking details clearly stated that only the onsen tax was payable at the hotel with no disclosure of additional charges for a child. I also emailed the hotel prior to our stay to clarify details but received no response. At checkout, we were unexpectedly charged an additional 40% of the adult rate for our child despite not requesting or using an extra bed. The hotel informed us they were only notified of 3 adults, confirming a miscommunication and misleading information on Trip.

Loved the hotel! Our first ryokan experience with half board. Breakfast, dinner and onsen experience were all superb. Would love to stay again.

I’ve really enjoyed spending the weekend at Anurag’s Tousen. The onsen was amazing (make sure you try them both), the staff were friendly and had great attitude and communication skills, and the breakfast had more and better vegetarian options than I’ve had at high-end hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto.

Good place to relax and stay…

Excellent service. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Private room dinner was also great and good experience.
