The opposite supermarket is cheap and affordable, and there is a breakfast bun shop diagonally opposite. If you drive, there is a special parking space next to the door, not on the street, this is great. Stay here next time you come to play."

"We came to Xiuning after hiking Huangshan, utterly exhausted after ten hours of climbing, with our legs practically useless. Checking into the room, it looked exactly as pictured – spacious and very clean – which immediately lifted our spirits. We dropped our bags, closed the window, drew the curtains, and headed straight to Xiaoyao Street to watch the performances. Returning at night, as I took off my clothes to shower, I suddenly spotted a super large, live spider on the curtains! Luckily, we were a couple, so my partner killed it. If it had been two women, how could we have possibly stayed there? We then meticulously checked all the bedding and sheets in the room to make sure there were no more before we dared to sleep, but even then, we slept with apprehension. I understand there are large spiders in the mountains, but it's unacceptable for them to be in a guesthouse room! At that point, I had already decided to leave a bad review! At 6:30 AM, people in the other two rooms started getting up and leaving one by one. The soundproofing was truly terrible, and upstairs, whether they were washing something or doing something else, there was a constant sound of running water that lasted until 7:30 AM. Before I could fully fall back asleep, children started making noise, and the auntie began cleaning, making clattering sounds. At 9:30 AM, there was a sudden knock on the door, and while I was still groggy, the door was already opened. The auntie, seeing we were still asleep, quickly closed the door. Perhaps she thought everyone would be up early to climb the mountain and wanted to clean. At this point, my desire to leave a bad review reached its peak! However, when we checked out around 11 AM, I saw the auntie cooking in the kitchen, with two little boys next to her. Seeing an elderly person managing a guesthouse with children, I felt a sense of sympathy for her. But as a consumer, the experience was indeed very poor. This was already one of the higher-rated guesthouses; I can't imagine what lower-rated ones must be like! Five-star rating but writing an honest review to warn other tourists. If you are bothered by these issues, you might want to choose another place to stay. Also, a suggestion for the owner to make improvements. The accommodation environment is quite good, clean and spacious, and the auntie is also warm and welcoming. The drawbacks were that we happened to get a room with a large spider, and the soundproofing is very poor. If you're an early riser, this wouldn't affect you."
