Average hotel. Not as fancy as we thought. 3 star hotel not 4 star as advertised.
Of our 2 rooms, it be room was extremely noisy for n the room above during the night causing my mum to move into our room instead of staying in her room. We were unable to contact Trip to get the money back for that room as email and app didn’t work in China and staff were unable to help us as it needed to go through the app. Makes us not want to book through Trip again…

The room was clean the service is very nice and breakfast buffet is very delicious.
