地理位置很好，距離嵩嶼碼頭很近，步行大約五六分鐘；但是前台的專業知識要加強，譬如説不知道空調怎麼開啟；服務補救在發生了很多插曲後跟進到位，體現了對客人的關愛和關注；預算足可以住酒店，預算不足時客棧的性價比算是高
