Great hotel with exceptional services. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. During our stay, we received remarkable services from the hotel staff beginning with the young Bellboy who greeted us on the day we arrived and thereafter. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; check-in was quick and easy, and especially Charis, who had patiently answered many questions that we had for Xiamen. We appreciated Lia, who helped us to get taxi by using her own phone with the local DiDi program and makes sure the taxi driver knows our destination. We also appreciated Alice from the dining room, who to cut and packed the fruits we brought from the market on the day we checked out. Last but not least was cleaned daily. We felt great when we saw a note from the housekeeper and found towels folded 🐘 on our bed one day and a swan on the next day.

Nice hotel, but little cold at breakfast restaurant. Air conditioning should be controlled, but basically good quality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Xiamen and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking to stay active during your trip, the gym offers a great selection of equipment, perfect for maintaining your workout routine. It was clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded during my visits. The staff were professional and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and ensuring that my needs were met. While I didn’t require much assistance during my stay, their helpful attitude added to the overall positive experience. What truly stood out for me was the airport pick-up service. The process was seamless and took all the stress out of arriving in a new city. Knowing that transportation was taken care of made my trip feel so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s small touches like this that really elevate a stay and leave a lasting impression. Overall, my time at this hotel was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. Whether you’re visiting Xiamen for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic option that combines great amenities with thoughtful service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

Very grand and beautiful hotel with everything you could need. The room was spacious with a great view and didn’t smell of smoke. WiFi was good and the service staff were very friendly

Service: I wish I could give 6 stars. The staff were so helpful and kind. Emily helped us to upgrade to a larger room and also helped us with all of our reservations etc. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast: A wide range of cuisines including Chinese, Japanese and French, as well as your standard breakfast options. The highlight for me was the fresh, crusty French baguette - it's unusual to find such good bread in China! The freshly baked banana bread was also very delicious. Amenities: we enjoyed the pool and a massage - both were relaxing and fun. At the pool there were many kids playing and enjoying themselves, with pool floats and toys to play with, but they were still respectful and didn't trouble the other guests. We had forgotten swim caps, but the staff lent us some free of charge. The massage at the spa was very thorough - I felt like a new human afterwards - but still relaxing with a lovely calm environment. The staff in both areas were yet again delightful. Location: pretty convenient, just a 10 minute drive from the railway station and a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station. It is a quieter part of town, slightly farther from the touristy areas if that's what you like, but still close to a good number of small local eateries and shops. We had some delicious 沙茶面 and barbecue just a block away. Just a few metro stops away from downtown if you want to enjoy that area.

I was strongly recommended to this hotel by a local friend who lives in the neighborhood. She extolled the overall quality of the hotel. I stayed three nights and was very happy with the very professional, conscientious staff members and the attentive customer service. The facilities are first-rate and very attractive and the local is very convenient with plenty of small shops, boutiques, and restaurants--in addition, of course, to the hotel's very impressive and highly rated restaurant. I a strong recomendation for this hotel.

The services were very attentive from the moment we checked in. The front desk was very helpful in explaining the various facilities of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at JINGMIN HOTEL, and appreciate the kindness of all the hotel staffs, from doormen, front desk, housekeeping and the gerenal manager. Everybody has a smiling face. Also the buffet breakfast was full of choices, Chinese, Western and even Japanese are all available. We will surely book this hotel on our next visit. Thank you very much
