第三次住這家酒店，一如既往的乾淨温馨舒適。酒店門口的地鐵口開通了，出行更方便了。特別是前台工作人員很貼心，延遲了一個多小時退房，讓我大熱天離開前能多休息一會。以後還會再來。

是第二次入住此酒店，地理位子很好在中心地帶離地鐵站都很近. 酒店的環境也很好，尤其是前台的服務人員都非常熱心和耐心的回答各種問題. 早餐也很不錯！

房間寬敞，基礎設施配套設施齊全。交通極便利，緊鄰地鐵二號線H口。酒店的品質，個人認為三分設施，7分服務。諾富特酒店的服務讓人倍感親切的同時也很人性化。能考慮顧客因天氣原因的延時需求。酒店旁邊的吃食也很方便。有個烤鴨店裡麪除了烤鴨還有簡餐。

The hotel is excellent, staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are great, breakfast was very good, a little more on the chinese side. Excellent location, right in coty center.
酒店非常好，工作人员非常乐于助人和热情。房间很棒，早餐非常好，中式方面多一点。优越的地理位置，就在科蒂中心。
唯一的缺点是有很多客人在房间和走廊吸烟，管理层应该以更严肃的方式执行禁烟政策。
The only downsize is that there are many guests that smoke in the rooms and corridor, managment should enforce non smoking policy on a more serious way.
