Fantastic stay. We are non Chinese speakers from Australia and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and attentive. They were accommodating with all meals and helped us with using *******. Rooms were new, clean and had a nice fragrance (le labo). Will definitely stay again when visiting Xi'An.

This was an absolutely perfect hotel stay, defined by impeccable service and a truly stunning design. The moment you walk in, you are enveloped by the hotel's gorgeous warm minimalist farmhouse aesthetic. Everything is new, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The thoughtful decor provides such a cozy, welcoming ambience, making the entire hotel photogenic at every turn. The true highlight, however, is the five-star level of hospitality. The service was, simply put, flawless. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive, radiating beautiful warmth. 🌹They anticipated our needs and responded to requests with speed and care. This high standard of service was consistent, from our arrival to the efficient coordination we experienced via WeChat. The rooftop lookout is an unbeatable amenity. It offers a spectacular, crowd-free view of the iconic Bell Tower, allowing you to enjoy the vista in complete comfort. This spot, along with the chill vibe of the rooftop bar and its friendly bartender🍐, provides the perfect sanctuary to end your day. Beyond the perfect staff, decor, and views, the hotel provides amazing value with its generous daily offerings: breakfast, tea break, and supper (all rotating between three menus to keep things fresh). This hotel is a beautiful sanctuary—highly recommended!

The hotel really offers a premium, boutique hotel experience in the heart of Xi'An. They offer the bells and whistles such as a Dyson hairdryer, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, wooden handled beauty accessories such as razors, hair brushes and toothbrushes and Le Labo shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. The room is truly spacious and each room has a small entrance way to the door, which means you do not share an entrance way with any other guest. I like that touch. The service from the staff is friendly and approachable. The bartenders in the rooftop bar seem fun and have excellent taste in music, making you feel relaxed and at ease. There is a 24/7 self-service laundry room, tea room, gym, and rooftop pool next to the rooftop bar. I cannot emphasise enough how delicious the food has been at the hotel. They spare no expenses with abalone, premium beef, caviar, smoked salmon on offer during breakfast. I really tip my hat off to the chef. I normally shy away from salads and veggies but they made it so delicious that I cleaned the plate! With meals provided daily for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening supper, we had little need to eat out much. We truly felt spoilt. They also provide guests daily with a glass of red wine or whisky. We also ordered several cocktails over the course of our stay and can attest that their bartenders really do know what they're doing! We would love to come back to the hotel in the future for another stay and regret we did not stay longer! A few points for improvement I would like to offer as the hotel only opened in May and are keen to hear any feedback: - Having a laundry basket in each room would be helpful for guests. There does seem to be a small white satchel available but it cannot store many garments. - Whilst we requested a smoke free room, our neighbour was a smoker and we could smell the smoke of cigarettes particularly strongly in the bathroom and toilet area. Perhaps the vents run centrally across the rooms, meaning their smoke was filtering through to our room. Maybe the smoking rooms can be grouped together and the non-smoking rooms also grouped together. We do understand that there is a strong smoking culture in China and that smoking indoors is quite normal. - Whilst Le Labo is an iconic and luxurious brand, the Santal 33 line on offer was quite drying on our hair and skin. We had the pleasure of trying the Bergamote 22 line from Le Labo at a hotel in Changsha and it was very rich and nourishing which is particularly comfortable for cold, winter weather. - The final point for improvement would be to offer a restaurant reservation service. A few weeks before our arrival we requested via the Trip app for the hotel to make a restaurant reservation on our behalf to a local restaurant but was told the hotel was unable to make restaurant bookings for their guests. We had to ask the hotel we were staying at in Hangzhou to make the booking for us. As foreigners it is hard to make restaurant bookings without speaking the local language or having a local number, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking care of us! We had a lovely stay and look forward to coming back!

We had an AMAZING stay. Top notch service, great amenities, perfectly located in the middle of Xi’an city. Luxury and class without too hefty a cost, it’s a no-brainer to book a stay here. What we loved: - Xi’an city is bustling with life, but once you walk into MEILIE Ling all the noise goes away. It was such a peaceful stay! - Le Labo toiletries. Enough said. When we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted with this comforting Le Labo scent too 🥰 - Bathrobe was sooooo comfy and furry in the inside! - Our booking came with breakfast and high tea, but the hotel also offered supper every night. Meals were substantial, not just measly snacks, and you could also request for it to be sent to your room. - Hospitality was off the charts. They always made sure we were comfortable, and any request we sent them via WeChat was promptly responded too. Love the team at MEILIE Ling 💯 Honestly would love to gatekeep this place, but this experience was too good not to recommend it to others. Hoping they’ll get the recognition they deserve and open in more locations around China. 祝你们生意兴隆！

Very sweet hotel, the staff was extremely friendly. Loved the breakfast! Definitely worth to come again!
