โรงแรมนี้มีแต่เครื่องทำความร้อนแต่ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ผ้าห่มหนาเกินไปในตอนกลางคืนและมีเสียงดังจนต้องเปิดหน้าต่าง ยาประมาณ 11 โมงก็เผลอหลับไป แขกคนอื่นเขียนเลขห้องผิดแล้วส่งของผิดให้ มีอยู่ครั้งหนึ่งแฟนของฉันคิดว่าฉันซื้อมาเลยถามว่าฉันซื้อมาหรือเปล่า ลืมมันซะเถอะ จากนั้นแผนกต้อนรับก็โทรมาถามฉันอีกครั้งว่าฉันได้เอากลับบ้านหรือยัง ฉันพูดไม่ออกจริงๆ โอเค ฉันมีเรื่องต้องทำ ฉันพูดไม่ออก ไปสามวันแล้วจริงๆ นะ โรงแรมไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ฉันกลัวความร้อน ลงแต่เช้ามีเสียงดัง.

Friendly front desk staff, arranged me and my 2 sisters stay on the same level without us asking, thank you 张欢喜。

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is fairly new, and my room was in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, there was a good work desk, the lighting was bright enough to read easily, the shower was very good, and there were free drinks in the fridge. The staff didn't speak English, but they were very friendly and helpful, and made effective use of a translation app on their phones. I used the free transport from Xi'an North Railway Station on arrival, and in the reverse direction on departure. Great! Otherwise I used the metro, and the station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a street of small cafes near the hotel. I don't speak Chinese, so I chose places with pictures of the food on the walls, and just pointed! The meals were excellent and very cheap, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was very clean, luxurius. The food is amazing for the value. Close to the metro. Helpfull staff. Recommend it!

They have the best toilet with bidet wash which is hard to find in China. The staff are all very friendly and is near to subway station.

I had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities. The location wasn't really convincing and my room had no city view

Good service and friendly

房間付費升級到了帶露台的豪華大床房，酒店衞生很乾凈，連住三晚每天的打掃更換也做得很好。最滿意的是位置，屬於是鬧中取靜，體育場內都是周邊居民在鍛鍊，非常有生活氣息。離地鐵2號線也就幾百米距離，去各個景區和西安北站都很方便，推薦入住。

西安旅行選擇入住這家美居，加分項是免費接送機！接送機預約順利，送機接機都很準時，省去機場來回打車麻煩，很省心的一項服務。酒店位置也好，出行逛景點很方便。另外酒店還有免費地鐵站接駁車！

位置優越，距離地鐵，公交站極近，步行2分鐘。 設施完備，投屏電視，智能衞浴。 提供送機服務，前台友善熱情。 鬧中取靜，距離永寧門僅1站，但是遠離喧囂，晚上非常安靜。 淋浴房水容易溢出，存在安全隱患，差點摔跤。

酒店地理位置可以，距離地鐵口幾分鐘，能接送地鐵口，到城牆和不夜城算是居中的位置。華住會的基礎設施還是不錯，有的都有，但僅限於睡個覺，沒有風景，對面是大棚還是工地，還不能睡懶覺，早上有點吵。早餐也不好吃。在住的同等級酒店裡顯得有點拉胯。有個負責旅拍還是什麼的妹妹説話挺生硬的，沒什麼禮貌。滿分是給前台幾個妹妹的，熱情温柔，讓人覺得很舒心。

酒店位置在省體育場裏面，不臨街，走到省體育場地鐵站衹需要10分鐘不到。前台工作人員態度很熱情，辦理入住很迅速。大廳休息區有茶水和飲料提供。房間乾淨整潔，隔音不錯，有智能馬桶蓋，有免費的多種飲料。 早餐品種很多，也提供一些西安特色的食物，每天早上我找餐廳工作人員要冰塊時，工作人員都非常積極主動幫我解決。 最後我是乘坐酒店免費提供的商務車達到西安北站，完美結束這次旅行。

地理位置很好，到賽格步行就可以，靠近商區但是又很安靜。衞生很好，前台橙子小姐姐服務態度很好，需求儘量都有滿足。

非常好，早餐也蠻好吃的還有下午茶，前台小姐姐態度也很好！還給升了房間，離哪都很近，出遊必選！下次來西安還會選擇！
