總體來説硬件還是非常跟得上的～小到牙刷的質感大到床品都很不錯，睡得也很舒服～房間還是有一些小味道，但是瑕不掩瑜，有專屬凈化器睡覺並沒有影響～説一説不滿意的地方，第一是一樓的迎賓，純純站在那裡，看到我拿着箱子不好上台階還是“不為所動”，退房的時候問入住體驗已經提出，但是前台小姐姐也就是笑笑而已；第二是早餐煮麪的地方，包子擺放位置不是很合理，爸爸明顯夠不到，廚師小哥哥就純純站在那裡，直到我提出幫助，才勉強出手～五星酒店不僅硬件達標，服務也要跟得上才行啊！
