Nice and spacious apar**ent close to the main attractions, kind and friendly receptionists. Very recommended

The location was great. I could walk from the apar**ent to the old town square. The staffs were so nice.

Nice hotel. Very clean and modern

Die service und die Zimmer waren sauber. Allerdings waren bei einem Zimmer, das ich vorher gebucht habe mangelhaft in der Dusche. Und beide Zimmer ( erste und dritte Floor) waren die Internet Verbindung schlecht, also vermeiden falls ihr für Geschäftsreise buchen wollt.

很乾淨，而且可以入住四個人，設備都頗齊全，不過沒有風筒！要自己帶！職員都挺Nice的，可以放行李在reception！

Clean, room had everything you need and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

That place is the worst I ever had a displeasure to deal with. We've made reservation for two apar**ents but had to cancel one of them few weeks before our trip due to circumstances. First they charged us for both apar**ents even they said payment on arrival. When contacted for any explanation and refund they've asked for bank details (they charged credit card and refund suppose to go there). The next they they charged us again but this time for one apar**ent. No word of refund though. At some point they stopped to answer our calls or answer to emails. We had no clue when or if we'll get our money back. They before arrival we received a txt message informing lift will be out of order into days. On arrival appeared lift is already out. Receptionist pretend she has no idea about it even though lift is next to receptio and there is huge sign out of order on it. Now the funniest thing....our apar**ent was on 6th floor. No apology about the lift. No apology about the over charges. I understand this place was cheap but some customer service would be nice. Obviously they don't care about possible return of their customers. We received our refund eventually after two weeks.

Location is really good - but note that there are limited parking on location. Pros: - The room was spacious and clean. Cons: - Very uncomfortable bed - and the fold-out sofa was even worse. - The staff is very passive and not so friendly. Not even a smile or a simple Hello when we passed the front desk in the mornings and afternoons.

Great stay in Wroclaw. Close enough to old town.

Es ist ein Betrug – die Fotos im Internet stimmen nicht mit dem Aussehen der Wohnungen überein. Wir haben viel Geld für die Silvesternacht bezahlt (sie behaupteten, dass *********** unsere Karte abgelehnt und uns gebeten hätte, über das PayU-System zu bezahlen. Google-Bewertungen zeigen, dass wir nicht die ersten waren, die auf diese Weise betrogen wurden), aber die Wohnung war so deprimierend dass wir es verlassen haben. Als wir uns an der Rezeption beschwerten, weinte ein sehr junges Mädchen hinter der Rezeption nur und sagte, dass wir nicht die Ersten seien, die sich beschwerten, und dass sie nichts tun könne, weil sie niemand in der Firma sei. Vollständige Dramaszene. Ansonsten viele kaputte Sachen in der Wohnung, zerrissene und schmutzige Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier.
