โรงแรมไม่ได้อยู่ในใจกลางเมือง ใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน ซึ่งคุณสามารถไปถึงใจกลางเมืองได้ภายใน 30 นาที พนักงานโรงแรมไม่ค่อยช่วยเหลือและช้ามาก การเช็คอินใช้เวลา 45 นาที พวกเขาบอกเราว่าห้องของเราจะพร้อมเวลา 15:00 น. แต่เมื่อเราไปถึงที่นั่นเวลา 15:30 น. พวกเขาบอกเราว่าห้องยังไม่พร้อม เวลา 16:00 น เราได้รับกุญแจห้อง แต่พนักงานทําความสะอาดที่เป็นมิตรยังไม่พร้อมดังนั้นเราจึงต้องรอ 30 นาทีบนพื้น มีห้องนั่งเล่นและห้องนอนในห้อง มันมีความปลอดภัยทั้งหมดของโรงแรมห้าดาว เตียงมีขนาดใหญ่มาก ฝักบัวอาบน้ํามีขนาดใหญ่และดีมาก แต่คุณไม่สามารถล็อคประตูห้องน้ําและไม่สามารถปิดได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ซึ่งใหญ่มาก ไม่มีที่ว่าง มีพื้นที่เก็บของมากมายและพื้นที่นั่งเล่นที่สะดวกสบายพร้อมโซฟาขนาดใหญ่ คอร์นเนียร์มืดและดีมาก ห้องพักมีระเบียงขนาดใหญ่พร้อมวิวที่จอดรถ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมที่ดีมาก โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถครอบคลุมและที่จอดรถด้านนอก มีบาร์เล็ก ๆ บนโรงแรมและร้านอาหาร ร้านอาหารมีราคาแพงและบริการช้าและไม่ดี สระว่ายน้ํา ความฟิตและสปานั้นสวยงามและดีมาก ฉันจะไม่แนะนําโรงแรมนี้ถ้าคุณต้องการเยี่ยมชมเมืองและในโอลิมปิกของฉันมันไม่คุ้มกับราคาและ 5 ดาว

โรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวที่ดีมาก ไม่เพียงแต่เงียบสงบและสะดวกสบาย อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำในห้องน้ำก็เป็นกันเองมากและใช้งานง่าย คราวหน้าคุณมีโอกาสมาที่บรัสเซลส์เพื่อพักที่นี่แน่นอน!

น่าทึ่งสามารถตําหนิทุกด้านของโรงแรม พนักงานที่ยอดเยี่ยมอาหารที่ดีอย่างน่าประหลาดใจบริกรที่น่าทึ่งในคืนวันจันทร์ ทําได้ดีมาก Apsiria

This hotel was booked as part of the Belgium grand Prix package through ledger. Upon arrival we were very disappointed to find no hot food available after a very long trip, especially as we had read there was lasagne, pasta's,hot dogs and pizzas available but we were told on the Friday that pizzas would be available on the Saturday night. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable but again we were very disappointed as there was no tea/coffee facilities,not even a kettle. Only 4 hangers in the room and no drawers,we managed for a weekend but for a longer stay it would be unsuitable. Breakfast was adequate although there was only 1 4slice toaster on site and the queues were awful. That said the ladies filling up the food were very polite and sociable unlike the 2 bar men over the 2 nights, especially Sunday the 1 working then was very rude. Also looking at a review left from somebody who was obviously staying the same time as ourselves,it was stated that a beer was 7euro,so I am now wondering why I was charged 20euro for 2 beers and a lemonade 🤔. Unless you have a car you will need to eat out for your evening meal as it really is very poor at the hotel with only pizza hut within walking distance.

Extremely disappointed on our 3rd anniversary We decided to spend our Easter Weekend in Belgium an so, to spend our first night to a 4star hotel. We found new hotel charlemagne, unfortunately rated too high for what they offered, or at least to us. When we arrived we were told there was no parking (although we specifically looked for that before booking and hence that’s why we chose that hotel). We have been given the keys for our room afterwards. From the corridor you could see the door was opened before we went in. Crums on the floor, and the cleaner turned up shouting that it “was clean” in french. Went to reception to request to be moved. We went to our second room. The first thing you could notice when entering the room was the smell of cigarette. Whoever stayed there before us, smoked. The aircon did not work so my partner s been freezing the whole time. We went again to the reception and we have been given the third room. Finally the third room was cleaner, but the aircon still didn’t work. They had a small heater from Rowenta to heat the room. In a 4 stars hotel!!!! Also, were we were, the balcony door would no lock so in terms of safety, that was not great. I want to thank to Simona for finding my coat as I have left it in one of rooms while switching rooms. She has been great in managing our situation and other guests at the same time. Just to add: how a 4 star hotel has only 1 receptionist checking in, running up and down, dealing with complaints etc. all at the same time? Or one cleaner whom is expected to clean all the rooms and not miss anything? The only thing that keeps this hotel open are the receptionist and cleaner. There was no management whatsoever. How is it safe to only have one person at the reception? For a 4 star hotel, the experience was awful, we will definitely not return and we won’t recomend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children. Unless you want them to freeze in the rooms. Luckily we chose, for our trip to spend each night in a different city, therefore we havent booked this one for more than one night.

ฉันอาศัยอยู่ในบรัสเซลส์เพื่อทําธุรกิจและโรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานที่ของฉันโดยใช้เวลาเดิน 8 นาที ห้องเดี่ยวที่ฉันอาศัยอยู่เป็นห้องเล็กมากฉันแทบจะวางกระเป๋าเดินทางไม่ได้ อาหารเช้าธรรมดา แต่กาแฟสดและอร่อย พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก อันที่จริงมันเป็นโรงแรมที่มีบริการพื้นฐานสําหรับฉันเพราะฉันนอนในโรงแรมเท่านั้นซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดี แต่ฉันจะพบว่ามันไม่สบายถ้าฉันต้องอยู่นานกว่านี้เนื่องจากพื้นที่ห้องมีจํากัด

โรงแรมตกแต่งอย่างสนุกสนาน เดินไม่ไกลจากจัตุรัสหลัก มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกมากมายที่ชั้นล่างซึ่งทําได้ดีมาก แม้ว่าเลย์เอาต์จะดูคูลๆ ไปหน่อย เป็นสมาชิกของ IHG Diamond ในการแลกคะแนนและได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นห้องที่กว้างขวางมากขึ้นซึ่งดีมาก พนักงานเช็คอินดีมาก ห้องพักเงียบสงบมีเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกเตียงที่สะดวกสบายและการจัดวาง / การเลือกเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่น่ารื่นรมย์ ขวดน้ําขนาดใหญ่ให้เมื่อเดินทางมาถึง (ในห้อง) เครื่องปรับอากาศและ WIFI ทํางานได้ดี เหตุผลเดียวที่ฉันให้คะแนน 4 แทนที่จะเป็น 5 คือการจัดวางฝักบัวในห้องของฉันนั้นแปลกมาก - มันอยู่บนผนังด้านข้าง / มุมของอ่างอาบน้ําแทนที่จะอยู่ท้ายอ่างอาบน้ําตามปกติซึ่งทําให้การอาบน้ําเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ค่อนข้างงุ่มง่าม - แต่ก็ยังใช้งานได้! ห้องน้ําที่เหลือก็เยี่ยม ฉันมีความสุขกับการเยี่ยมชมและจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

ผมเข้าพักที่นี่เมื่อเดือนธันวาคมกับครอบครัวเป็นเวลา 3 คืน โรงแรมมีความทันสมัยและตั้งอยู่ในระยะที่เดินจากสถานีรถไฟได้ อาหารเช้าได้มาตรฐานที่ดีและมีหลากหลายพอสมควร สามีฉันโชคร้ายได้ป่วยมากเนื่องจากมีอาหารที่เป็นพิษ(ไม่ใช่จากโรงแรม) พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือและอํานวยความสะดวกอย่างแท้จริงเนื่องจากสถานการณ์ต้องหาห้องพักให้เราสลับกันและทุกอย่างก็ดําเนินการอย่างรวดเร็วและไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ าก ทําให้เราได้เข้าพักที่นี้ดีกว่าที่คิดไว้! ขอบคุณพนักงานโรงแรมทุกคนที่ให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลดีมากมีที่จอดรถสาธารณะให้บริการสามารถเข้าโรงแรมได้เลยในราคา 20€ต่อ 24 ชั่วโมง ห้องพักเยี่ยมมากเตียงนอนสุดยอด! อีกอย่างที่ต้องยกคืออาหารเช้าตัวเลือกที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจต่อ 15€ ถ้าเลือกซื้อตอน check in หรือก่อนวันอาหารเช้า ให้เลือกมาก ทั้งน้ําผลไม้ ชีส ขนมปัง ไข่ และอร่อยทุกอย่าง! ประสบการณ์ที่ดีจริงๆ มีบาร์ให้บริการเครื่องดื่มและอาหารเย็น/ขนมรสชาติดี!
