Excellent service and a great stay. Nathan at the front desk was really helpful and was running the bar and restaurant orders all at the same time!! I was impressed. I only stayed one night, with breakfast included. Can't fault anything. Thank you

The Staff of this Travel lodge are very helpful indeed. All go out of their way to help. When we arrived, Sanjay helped us with car parking and stored luggage for us while we sorted it out. We were given items we asked for when the cleaner forgot to leave them in our room. The breakfast staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel is in an excellent location and is quiet at night.

The hotel is very close to train station and the palace. The room was bigger than I imagined. The breakfast was nice. We had one hicup at the checkin as the staff including their booking center couldn't find my booking. Not quite sure whether it was the false of the hotel or Trip.com. Staff was nice, he suggested us places to go.

1. Fantastic location for trains. Just down the station steps and the hotel entrance is immediately on the right. 2. Then the hotel is right in the main town shopping area. 3. A perfect location with the Castle only a 5 minute walk away.

Excellent price for a hotel right next to Windsor Castle. We were fortunate enough to see the changing of the guard because it was only a two minute walk. The breakfast is also great value. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

Staying with parents who come to Windsor for the first time. Great location with just right next to the station with everything needed. The only thing for improvement is that they just offer free WiFi for 30 mins where it’s rarely see in hotels nowadays

Wanna to visit Windsor Castle. The location is great. However, one of the windows in our room is broken and the wifi is only free for 30 min.

Its right next to the Windsor Eton Central station, where plenty of restaurants and shops located, and a few minutes walk to Windsor Palace. There is only 30min free WiFi for the entire stay, need to pay extra for WiFi daily. Staff are very friendly. The building is showing wear and tear, our sink could not drain due to the stop was stuck and difficult to turn open. I had to go downstairs to ask for help since there is no hotel phone inside the room. The chain to the tub stop was broken and I could not unplug to drain the tub after use.

My initial room on a lower floor had street noise but the front staff moved me to a higher floor where the street noise was less perceptible. The room was adequate for my trip. I didn't eat the breakfast because of an early train departure.

Great location, friendly staff

這酒店是完全沒有提供空調服務和沒有雪櫃。只有暖氣，好彩去到的時候是晚上，開窗睡覺沒有蚊子還勉強可以接受。 地點是優越的，在地鐵站隔離和可以看到溫莎城堡。可惜的是我是坐Uber，八點過後竟然沒有電梯直達酒店，要抬行李上兩層樓梯實屬痛苦。 驚喜的是我們遇見一位由香港來的酒店經理，能夠用廣東話對話實在高興。
