Stayed here for two nights, the place had wonderful amenities, breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly.

Good facilities, but the check in service needs to be greatly improved.

My stay at Safari Court Hotel Managed by Accor was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

缺點:離主街遠，隨便逛街不易。沒專車不容易出去。 優點:早餐不錯；賓館園子超大，有十幾個足球場大，贊！

Stayed here solo for one night. Upon check in everything went well. The room was ready and as I was leaving at 7am the next day I was promised a breakfast box to go (since breakfast was included in the price). Room was clean and it had a nice view however the bed was very uncomfortable (thin mattress and it was slanted somehow). Water came off for a couple hours at night right as I wanted to shower. Maintenance came in to check and said it was probably the City that cut it off. Early the next day I go to reception and ask for the breakfast box and the manager on duty tells me that she doesn't know anything about it. So I asked for a take-away box and it was a whole back and forth on what to do because they had no take-away boxes. Eventually I got through with breakfast and was on my way. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Someone mentioned that the ownership has changed so not sure if the quality of service has to do with that.

This is a very friendly hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Comfortable areas to have a drink and chill out. Restaurant is good and breakfasts are very good with great freshly made omelettes or eggs to order. I actually stayed 3 different nights and each time was a good experience.

We stayed in this hotel twice, one night before the trip across Namibia and three nights after the trip. The main reason for this selection was location and quality. It is located not in the central part of Windhoek, but next to Avis City Office (just outside hotel area), so very convenient for people who rent the car there. We have got family room – two double rooms with internal connecting doors. Clean rooms, spacious, with kettle and coffee/tea set in each room. Bathrooms with showers and what was important for us – it was the only one hotel during our trip across the south part of Africa where the shower was not only fixed above the head but also had a pipe shower. The breakfast was very good, with a number of hot dishes and eggs / omelette station. Also for the evening dinner the restaurant is a good place with open space so everybody may look how the cooks are preparing the meal.

5 star service during check in, Restaurant menu at Movenpick not of variety, service at restaurant needs a lot of training and attention to detail. Stayed at a new renovated room, smells fresh and new, clean and well maintained. 5 stars****

The best hotel in Windhoek, best service and an awesome team. My check was fabulous, Tuta checked me in and he was a cool gent, knows the brand. Mirage restaurant the dinner there is definitely World Class. Woke to a nice smelling fresh break fast and you could smell it from the lobby.

The hotel is undergoing a brand change and upgrade to a Movenpick; however, the change over is not yet complete. When we were there in the second week of January, the lobby and pool had been refreshed and looked excellent (the pool in particular is great!), but the room we were assigned was still old. Though the aircon worked well and we had good space, the towels were tatty and the bed was both very narrow and also a worn and uncomfortable mattress. Checkin and dining is done in the adjacent Mercure lobby for the moment. We enjoyed dinner and drinks there, which had a great selection. The Mercure pool was definitely not as nice, so I would recommend using the Movenpick one if you are able. Overall this will be a really nice option once fully renovated. For now, I’d probably give it a pass until knowing that we were to get an updated room!
