Winchester

My stay was good and the room was clean and tidy. Very good stay. Reception were very helpful and the staff in the bar and restaurant were all amazing and kind. The food in the restaurant was so good and lots to choose from. The breakfast was very good too. A very enjoyable stay and i will stay here again. Thank you

Everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. A very peaceful setting to enjoy a special time with old friends.

The location is convent to where I am going. It has a parking lot which is good for guests with cars. The room is a bit small, 2 beds are quite compact.

The hotel is in good location in Winchester, the rooms are ok, but its the staff that make this hotel 5 star. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, particularly Tracy, who even though she had lost her voice, couldn't do enough to help, even holding my wife's hand and assisting her to our room. Thank you Tracy, you're the best 👌

Good location. Usual Premier Inn room - clean and comfortable. Stairs from the entrance unusable, but lift working ok. The parking is through a third party, and is too much.

Room was nice, breakfast was good. But the restaurant is ridiculous. The air con has been broken for months and it is so uncomfortably hot that you didn’t want to stay long. Unfortunately the evening meal took 3 hours for just 2 courses. The poor waiter seemed to be serving the entire restaurant. Breakfast was the same, ridiculously hot and not enough staff to keep tables clean and food replenished. The staff are rushed off their feet as there are only 2 on and they have to run reception too! They need more staff and they need to sort the air con in the restaurant for the sake of guests and their poor staff!
