Subject: Formal Complaint – Front Desk Service and Room Noise. I am very disappointed with the service I have received during my stay at your hotel. Firstly, the noise coming from nearby rooms has made it extremely difficult for me to rest. I approached the front desk to request a room change, as the disturbance was unacceptable. However, the staff member at the desk was unhelpful and informed me that nothing could be done. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she did not make any effort to resolve my concerns or offer alternatives. I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly. As a paying guest, I believe I deserve both a comfortable room and professional service from your staff. Unfortunately, I have experienced neither. 30$ just to park a car overnight as a customer is bad .

Amazing location, right across from the beach. Awesome for those who don't have transportation. Lots of restaurants near by and a beautiful beach walk

Always a best place when I am in vancouver area

Good services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities. The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00. I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.

The location is nice as it’s very next to the ocean. The lighting in the room is quite dim and some of the towels could be cleaner. The room does not provide slippers and drinking water.
