This is our favorite place to stay when we’re in Wheeling. The staff are outstanding, the amenities couldn’t get any better, and the rooms are spacious and clean

We stayed here with our 3 children while visiting Oglebay and our stay was great. The room was clean, it was close to everywhere we went and the breakfast was great.. we even had a surprise visitor during breakfast.... Mr.Grinch!

Very clean the staff was very helpful. The rooms were spacious beds comfortable. The breakfast had variety and very good! I can't say enough about the staff and their wanting to be gracious and hospitable! From Cathy the night clerk, to David the day clerk to Richard the shuttle driver! I don't think we've ever been to a hotel that really tried to make our stay amazing!!!

Booked a queen size bed, the room was right next to the elevator shaft so that is all you heard in the room. Went to the desk & complained they moved us to a king size bed.

This hotel has the friendliest staff and best customer service. However, the beds are AWFUL. It was so uncomfortable that we gave up trying to sleep and left in the middle of the night. This alone will keep us from returning.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely woman at the front desk, who shared with us information about wheeling and potential places to have dinner. She welcomed us with a smile and asked us what brought us to town. I also encountered some housekeeping staff that were friendly, and having breakfast the morning of our departure, the staff was kind, considerate, and approachable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, and recommend others to choose this hotel for their stay in Wheeling West Virginia.
