The reception was friendly. Place is good. Value for money.

物有所值，唯一就是離海邊沙灘遠了點 本來想走出去就能游泳，開車要幾分鐘到海灘。不過如果有海灘地價格就要很高，所以性價比不錯，和國內五星差不多，比較新，這次旅行最好性價比最高的了

周圍有西餐店，酒店設施舊浴簾桿壞了。浴缸下水堵了。洗澡時腳要泡在水裡。大約是疫情打掃的人很少預約了也沒來。第二天又去要求才來。離中國城15分鐘。停車免費較好。

The hotel was beautiful and very close to some great shopping and dining at The Square. The pool area was amazing. Our meals at the hotel were probably our favorite of the whole trip.

I stay here, even though I live within a half an hour, if I’m attending event at the Kravitz Center. It’s very convenient and I can enjoy the day by the pool until my event that evening and then the next day as well.

Positives: Good location, very nice pool, fitness center, restaurant on premise. Bartenders were friendly and attentive in both bars. Negatives: Rude desk staff, unhelpful and need training, overpriced amenities.

The location was perfect, the pool was more like a resort pool, and everything was very clean. You could walk to most things, including Clematin Street and the "Square" shopping area. I would definitely stay there again.

Food was very good. I don’t normally eat anything in hotel unless I have to but ate breakfast and dinner there every day and enjoyed my coffee by the pool.

Very deceptive practices!! When I booked the website stated parking available, so I specifically rented a car. When I got to the hotel, they told me it’s valet only for $42 a day. Had I known, I would have Ubered every where. Also, when I check out they added an extra $35 a day - just for fun. They told me that it was just hotel fees. I complained and they ended up taking off the $35 a day. They try to stick it to every customer. If you don’t complain, they make extra money for nothing. This does not fly with me!!!!!! BTW- a single drink at the bar is $30. A bit steep. I will not stay a Hilton again, don’t like their practices.

The stay was excellent - even despite the rain. The staff was amazing - very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful with a great pool area and awesome restaurants. The rooms are lovely and quite comfortable. The only disappointing thing was that I needed to revise my reservation and because I booked through ******* I was not able to make the changes I needed. ******* said they were willing to make the changes, but they needed sign off by the Hilton Management and we were unable to reach the right person to make that happen, so unfortunately I was left with a large bill for something I felt could have been easily resolved.

Loved the large toiletry bottles. Coffee in rooms terrible. Bed very comfortable. Gym prett nice. Restaurants excellent!!! Pool area very comfortable

Great hospitality! Staff was great and helpful. Definitely will be back for next business meeting.

Grossly understaffed and unorganized at the valet and the front desk. Very disappointing.
