Days Inn by Wyndham West Memphis

Phone did not work (wiring was ripped out of the wall). Most TV Channels had terrible reception. One lamp did not work.

This hotel room was nice, cozy and comfy. It was clean. Soft beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc... Great staff, friendly staff, needs were met while there. They had a great free breakfast every morning. A great place to stay I recommend.

It is an old motel that has been updated. The layout of the facility is not user friendly. Although it has been updated, the entry doors should have been replaced. The exterior still looks very dated. You can only do so much with an old motel. For the location to be so close to the ******, I think it would have been better to raze the motel and construct a new one. As it is they appear to have put lip stick on a pig so to speak. It sounds cruel but I am just keeping it real.

Older motel in need of an upgrade. Not very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The condition and uncleanness of the motel compared to other motels in the same price range is too high. But they did have a good breakfast.

I am traveling cross country and this is the first motel I've been too that was actually comfortable. The beds were both very high and very nice with a lot of pretty decent pillows. The room had many amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dryer, ironing board and iron and a very nice array of shampoo, lotion, coffee etc. The free breakfast here was actually good with omelettes, a big choice of oatmeal flavors, bacon, toast, grits, juices, cereal, coffee ... Most places have toast and coffee and call it breakfast. The only downside was that the area seems sketchy as I had two people screaming outside my door. Other than that it was pretty good.

Andrea was phenomenal at check in and helped us out so much. The room was clean, and every single person on the property was so incredibly kind. I would also like to give a special shout out to Autumn. Not only was she kind and helpful while we were at the hotel, but I absentmindedly left my coats in the closet, and she went above and beyond to get them back to me. Thank you so much again, Autumn! I truly cannot say enough about the southern hospitality at this location, and I would recommend this spot to anyone passing through Memphis.

Bed was nice and didn’t reek of odors, no threats were around & I even overslept but wasn’t penalized for late checkout.

A nice stay. The room was clean and convenient to the local area. I slept well and that is always my major concern when traveling. I the price was fair and a good value for the area. I’ll come back again.

Very good staff: Autumn, Garwyn at Front Desk, Cynthia (CC) and 2 Patel's in Housekeeping in particular. Business computer not available. Room AC works. Heat not working in my room. Cool nights dress warm in room.. Broken flooring is Trip hazard. Torn socks easy to replace.. Electric system issues maybe due to recent Coronal Mass Elections (CME). Missing smoke/fire detector. Fire Marshall must be okay with this. Faulty door lock in my room slamming it hard enables locking, still allows cold breeze into room.. no light in mini fridge, bring flashlight. Front entrance, lobby very nice and clean. Areas in Rear and parking lot where my room was has much trash. No evidence of recycling. close to ****** good for Gamblers. Not close to reasonably priced food and drinks plan on paying high prices or driving/ walking a ways. Still a lot of Crime around. Less Dangerous than Memphis TN. Many Con men/women and grifters. Also manyny very blessed and spiritual residents. Visit and partake in wisdom at Afrika Books on E Broadway. Music and Soul food at BlackBerry Molasses. Dodges Southern Style Chicken Est. 1872 around 12th Best, cleanest, and well run Dollar Tree across from West Memphis High (go Blue Devils). West Memphis PD is awesome. Visible and on point. Support the Many blessed things in Downtown. 8th St Thrift store/mission supports Many Homeless. Shop Big Star. Memphis Blues started here first. Love this town. Moving here from Delaware.
