โรงแรมเดอะ เวสทินในเวินโจว

Hi everyone! I have stay in The Westin Wenzhou check in July 4th and July checkout 6th one night! So this morning request to delivery the 2 breakfast to my room! Which they say yes we will do! After I check out and ask my deposit refund they deducted 570yuan I call them and ask what is that for? They said room service charge for breakfast ???? This is not right they have to inform to customer that the room service will be charge 570rmb which they never inform! How they can do that ???? They charge whatever they want without inform to the customer!
