Having to park in a public area where your charged by Wellington City Council was inconvenient

Shifting in our teenager to Massey University Halls so this was the perfect location. Central to dinning and shopping. Room was as we expected - comfortable and clean. Helpful staff.

Cute Hostel near the City Centre for a good price. Nice interior. Don't expect to much from the breakfast. And it would be nicer to separate Shower and toilet in the shared bathroom. Would stay there again.

We were on a one-night stay in Wellington and picked the U Boutique for its convenience and price for our group of 5 adults. We were able to store our bags before check-in so we could explore the city luggage free. We arrived back at the hotel later than expected and found that the staff had already moved our bags to the room for us! We did have an issue with the key to the door but they had a backup key available immediately and stopped by within minutes to give us a replacement key. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 5 adults with a private bath. They had some light refreshments in the room which was really nice with our busy schedule of sightseeing Wellington in just one day. We checked out on time and was also able to store our bags for bags for the remainder of the morning while we had brunch with relatives. With my travels all over the world, this was the most accommodating hotel I have ever stayed in. When I return to Wellington, I will surely make U Boutique my first choice.

Quirky hotel, great location. Was a little noisy at times but very central location. Great for older family as separate room for kids but stairs are steep to our room, no air conditioning and unable to open windows.

Whilst the location is great, the property was not secure, the main door could not lock and was open all night, the room was tiny, and the residents above us made noise all night meaning it was impossible to sleep. The TV was not working, and given the bathroom was shared, the price for what we paid was not in alignment with the facilaties.

Blocked drain, no wifi first night, locked laundry, no staff available onsite to remedy

Great spa pool and privacy. No air con made it hard to sleep and lack of cuttlery made it hard to eat as no plates or knives or forks. Easy check in and check out but must be semi tech savy. Check what is included in the breakfast.

Nice little Boutique. We got the King room with Spa pool.With it being the top floor there was no elevator, The room was comfy but had no air conditioning, lucky it had large French doors leading out to the big private balcony. Other than the elevator it was lovely.

Definitely would not stay there again!!…We paid $300 for a $150 room!! 1.spa was smelly an slimy 2. No privacy wher spa was 3. Holes in the deck 4. Broken light fittings 5. Room Heater didn’t work 6. No elevator 7. Sky tv was only basic channels

There was an air confitionijg unit outside my window and it sounded like i was at the airport. Disrupted my sleep. Staff gave me ear plugs.

Very clean, tidy and easy to check in with the instructions sent, well worth the stay and was one of the highlights of our trip 😃
