โรงแรมใกล้ Kandertalbahn, HaltingenในWeil am Rhein

Wir waren Anfang Juli für zwei Nächte im Hotel. Die Aussicht war wirklich schön, aber leider hatten wir ein Zimmer, das schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen war - mit modern hatte das gar nichts zu tun. Der orange-gelbe Teppichboden war sehr schmutzig und bei der Dusche fehlte die untere Abdichtung an der Duschkabine, sodass man das ganze Bad zentimeterhoch unter Wasser setzte. Als wir Bescheid gaben, meinte das Personal nur, dass sie das schon wissen würden. Zum Frühstück fehlen mir die Worte, das darf man so eigentlich nicht präsentieren: Alles kam aus kleinen Plastikdöschen (Marmelade, Nutella, Butter, Honig, Kaffee...), die Wurst stand ungekühlt auf dem Tisch, der Käse war schon gelb angetrocknet und die aufgeschnittenen Tomaten und Gurken waren schon halb ausgetrocknet. Mehr als zwei Äpfel lagen an Obst nicht da - Müsli gabs in den kleinen Kinderkartons, noch in Plastikfolie verpackt, damit die Achterpackung auch schön zusammenhält. Dafür noch Geld zu verlangen ist schon fast eine Frechheit. Wir haben für die Übernachtung und das Frühstück 240 Euro bezahlt - das gibts in Lörrach günstiger und besser! Den Punkt gibts für die schöne Aussicht!

Huge room, excellent service (manager personally guided us in for the last part of our drive), very nice breakfast, best location in town (restaurants and shops are steps away), secure parking in basement. Look no further when staying in Loerrach.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Stadt Lörrach war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind recht neu und der Saunabereich ist sehr schön. Allerdings wird in diesem Hotel das Thema Service nicht gerade groß geschrieben. Unsere Zimmer wurden teilweise nur einmal während des viertägigen Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Als wir das reklamiert haben, bekamen wir vom Housekeeping die Antwort „ ich hatte Urlaub…“ Die im Hotel stationierte Bundespolizei störte uns nicht, allerdings müsste auch Sorge dafür getragen werden, dass Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet wieder aufgefüllt werden… Auch auf unsere Nachfrage hin, hieß es „Pfannkuchen und Croissants gibt es leider nicht mehr“ und das schon um 8:30 Uhr. Vielleicht wäre da ein guter Ausgleich die Sauna für Hotelgäste kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stellen, ebenso andere Kleinigkeiten, die man von 4 Sterne Häusern gewohnt ist: Badeslipper, Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung u.ä.

เป็นโรงแรมสไตล์อพาร์ตเมนต์พร้อมเครื่องครัวและห้องน้ําและห้องครัวและห้องพักกว้างขวาง ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 5 นาทีจากสถานีขนส่งและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต การคมนาคมและชีวิตสะดวกมาก นอกจากนี้ทางโรงแรมยังมีห้องซักรีด และฉันก็พอใจโดยทั่วไปหลังจากพักหนึ่งสัปดาห์

This was a relief to see there are still establishment out there that now what service means.The room was very nice. A little welcome gift (some cute soap) and some French Madeleine awaits on the bed. Great shower with all amenities (shower cup, soap...) as many place in France now will give you a room with no toiletries or anything no even Kleenex. Great TV. Fantastic stay. The pool is small but very nice and pleasant, just wished the hot tub would have been hotter. Just one con...the restaurant was closed. Apparently it is closed on Sunday night. But within 5 mn walk we found some place to eat. Breakfast was really good and service great. Also 5mn drive from the airport. Will definitively return if I am in the ares.

I had booked 3 rooms for myself and my family for 6 nights to visit the lovely city of Basel and the rest of Switzerland. Even though the country and city were beautiful there were a few things that were not acceptable. Firstly, I was disappointed that there were no complimentary water bottles in the rooms, unlike any other Marriott rooms I have stayed in. During our stay, Sarah was always kind enough to provide water bottles when asked which made our night. However when I asked for water again on our 3rd night via the Bonvoy App, someone very rudely rejected my request, as you can see in the below screenshot of the message from the app. It was not pleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable to ask for a bottle of water. Being a Platinum member I did not expect to be spoken to that way for a bottle of water. Secondly, on my last night, I spoke with Sarah regarding my F&B credit that I chose upon check-in and it was mentioned that I was entitled to 10CFH per person per room per night. I double checked if it could be accumulated and then used in one go and I was told I could, so I decided to have dinner with everyone on our last night. When I checked-out, a man who came from the restaurant and checked out my rooms, I confirmed with him if I could get my F&B credit applied and he said yes, he rushed my check out and went back to the restaurant. When I received my final invoice online a few hours later with only say 1 day's F&B credit applied and not all for the 6 nights I was led to believe I could have. I was told I could get 10CHF per person per room night which is 20 x 3= 60, 60 x 6 = 360 CHF F&B discount as per Sarah and that she would write notes on my reservation so that the discount could be applied. If you see my invoices attached below, only 20CHF was applied for the whole duration. Can you please apply the discount that I was verbally told and confirmed several times as I was ordering the food and as I was checking out and compensate/refund what was charged on my card? I am very upset that there was not cohesive communication between the receptionists, I was being given incorrect information every time I spoke to a different person at the Front Desk. Thirdly, I was only told by Sarah that my postcards would be sent complimentary as I asked how much it would cost, she mentioned it would be complimentary, yet I received a separate invoice for the postcards. I would not have minded paying however telling me it's free and then charging me is unfair and not truthful. Is it how Courtyard Basel treats all their guests? I would like to be compensated, if it was verbally spoken it would be, it should be free, not charged when I am not aware. Lastly, staying for 6 nights you'd expect the room to be cleaned not just tidied... however none of the water bottles that were finished and empty were removed from the room. for 3 consecutive nights, the empty water bottles were left in the room which by the time we left had accumulated into a pile o
