I reviewed this hotel a couple of years ago and had given it a 5 star rating. I've been back to this hotel a couple of times since my initial review and the service just keeps going down hill. The reason why I'm giving this a one star rating is because of my most recent experience. I work with Hospitals and like to go back to the room get showered, changed and then go home. As a Titanium Elite member most hotels offer a 4pm check out. I asked for a late checkout and was told I could have a 2:30pm check out. When I got back from working at the hospital at 2:15pm I was told that I checked out of the hotel. When I inquired who checked me out I was told that housekeeping checked me out hours earlier. Apparently they went into my room even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door saw that the room was empty and decided to check me out. In what universe does housekeeping check guests out of hotels????? When I argued that I had a late check out and how could this happen I was asked what I needed to go back into my room for. Excuse me, is that any of your business? I was given a late checkout!!! Service at this hotel is not great. Food at the bistro is really fallen down hill since Miguel left. Won't be staying at this hotel again!

I have been staying at this Holiday Inn on and off for the last few months as I work for a firm local to the hotel. Tom the manager is extremely accommodating and has gone out of his way to make sure that my stays have been comfortable. From extra pillows to extra towels and a blanket Tom and his wife have greeted each one of my requests with a smile and have always made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, whenever you are in the Williamstown/Glassboro area, this the choice you will not regret.

The good - staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Conveniently located for our weekend stay. The not so great — Bathroom looked like a hodge podge of items - brackets in shower with nothing on it - mixed matched bottles and brands of bars of soap — not at Marriott standards. Window was opened and wouldn’t shut - in February? Frame was bent. Pillows were horrible - two that didn’t even make one decent one - definitely in need of replacement. Little bit rundown - need some attention.
