Service needed a little more class, Had an incident regarding getting locked out of my safe and it wasn't handeled very professionally and no follow up was provided by the hotel, even after escalation to corporate.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major highways. The property itself is clean and tastefully designed, with a modern elegance that adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The on-site bar offers a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. For one, there were no complimentary bottled water provided in the room, which is something many travelers might expect. The closet in our room was extremely small, just large enough to hold a single safe, and oddly, there was an open hole in the ceiling of the closet — possibly part of ongoing maintenance or unfinished work, but it was a bit off-putting. Soundproofing was another issue: we could clearly hear conversations and movement from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Additionally, we were woken up twice in the early morning by loud rumbling noises coming from behind one of the walls — perhaps from nearby mechanical equipment like the heating system or elevator, though we couldn't confirm the source.

房間寬敞，環境優美，就是屋裡的空調老舊噪音有點兒大，不過美國很多酒店都有這個問題。因為長途飛機後中午到的酒店，提前打了電話給前台，答應可以提前入住。這點很棒！

要求更換床單，結果就僅僅是將新的床單給放在了電視機櫃子上？ 毛巾也同樣沒有放在架子上，而是直接擱在桌上 就這還5星賓館？ 抽象

位於羅德島首府的洲際酒店系列，硬件設施齊備完善，公共場所和房間空間設計都十分大氣時尚，早餐套餐選擇，製作精緻可口大讚👍🏻，停車方便。

替同事預訂的酒店，出行方便，酒店內自有餐廳。像單人出行，也不會有問題。

一切不過不失。性價比倒是有的。

房間大，衞生不錯，前台服務也是OK的
