The breakfast was great. The room was decent however, it was not the suite I booked, but luckily the support team at Trip.com were extremely helpful and understanding.

Love the convenience to the airport and the staff if very friendly.

This place needs to renewal.

由於紐約機場出關太慢，取車又耽誤很久，臨時決定入住波士頓附近酒店，雖然匆忙，但是酒店還是不錯的，房間夠大，入離店都很快。一樓有自取的小賣部。

My reservation was not allowed and I was still charged due to some random stranger following me around and I had nothing to do with that guy!

Nice place but ******* jipped me of $119. Not cool hetter to just go in the hotel and do it tried cabceling wouldnt do it.

The property was under construction so you could see there were improvements being made. The staff was very friendly, Lillian at the front desk in the evening was phenomenal.

There was a layer of ice in the parking lot that is very unsafe for people carrying luggage. I was shocked. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Stains everywhere. Floating side table and toilet paper roll dispenser were hanging off of the walls.
