The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

L'Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre riesce a proporre prezzi contenuti senza rinunciare alla qualità, grazia alla sua appartenenza alla famiglia Hilton. Le camere sono identiche a quelle di tutti gli altri hotel a marchio Hampton, c'è tutto quello che serve anche se non spaziosissime e la pulizia è ai massimi livelli. La colazione è invece molto varia, e sicuramente sopra le media degli altri Hampton europei. Grazie alla tessera fedeltà Hilton Diamond mi è stata data una camera ai piani alti, con vista panoramica e un sempre gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale, e anche comodo da raggiungere con il treno proveniente dall'aeroporto. Il Palazzo della cultura e della scienza si raggiunge in una decina di minuti a piedi. A 50 metri dall'hotel passano anche diverse linee di tram che permettono di spostarsi agevolmente in città. I prezzi sono generalmente ben sotto i cento euro, che lo rendono una valida soluzione per un soggiorno economico in città.
We arrived early and sadly our rooms weren’t ready but we were permitted to leave cases in their care until we got back from exploring. We came back early evening to check In which was fast and our group got issued room keys with a description of all the benefits and times of breakfast etc. we were allocated room 360 which was huge and a massive bathroom containing a bath and a shower (was truly massive) Restaurant in the evening was dire mist if the group got their food but they seemed to forget about my order so after waiting and waiting I stormed out the restaurant and not even a sorry was given. Putting that aside breakfast was fantastic and probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen in a hotel with the choice of eggs freshly cooked off the Al a carte menu. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very flimsy. Hairdryer isn’t very fast and took me ages to dry my hair so if you need one take your own. The bath was love,y and wish I could’ve bought that home with me was a luxury to be able to fit in the bath with ample room. We walked to town in the morning and was a fresh brisk walk but it’s doable so you get to take In the embassy’s etc but if you don’t like or can’t walk fat then a taxi or Uber will do as it’s quite far out. We loved our stay and the group of 6 we all enjoyed ourselves. This would be definitely an option to return if the prices were right. Thank you for a wonderful stay

LLiz BJust back from a great 3 night stay. No noise can be heard from outside which is great to get a good night's sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great and plenty of variety with Magda been polite and helpful each morning we were there. Pictures of the rooms are exactly as they are with very clean large bedrooms and spacious bathroom supplied with toiletries. Just a Short walk to old town there is also Trams and buses nearby.
Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off.
next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me.
this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up.
eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training.

第一晚入住時,已經很晚了,酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下,給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。
由於太疲倦了,所以只是感覺房間怪怪的,但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上,洗完澡之後,整個廁所也是濕的,我差一點就要滑倒。
再看看之前預訂時的收據,發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子,繼而我到酒店大堂理論,他們才告訴我,因為第一天晚上時候,訂單太滿了,所以才為我安排這樣的房間。
可是你要知道,這樣的設計,正常人洗澡,是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉,只是詢問我想要怎樣。
說實話,這難道不是酒店的問題嗎?第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後,亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。
最後在我要求下,他們給我換了最好的房間,另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過,這通通都是我要求的,酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。

Modern apart hotel equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. It is not far from the Chopin airport, close to shops, restaurants and other sights on foot or by public transportation. Highly recommended.
ผผู้เข้าพักOur last stay in hotel was amazing. We were after whole night flight from Cabo Verde and we came to the hotel around 9 am local time. Receptionist has noticed that our 7 years old daughter is sleeping on the sofa and thanks to his quick action we got a book after 30 minutes (or even less). This is amazing and we really appreciate all your efforts. Such thing makes the difference. Later after sleep we went for lunch. Ribs were really delicious. It was our 4th stay in this hotel and definitely it was the best. Keep up the good work!

Такого унижения я не испытывал никогда. Выбрал его из-за удобного расположения + хорошие отзывы в интернете (теперь сомневаюсь в их подлинности) и забронировал один из самых дорогих номеров на время нашего пребывания в Варшаве. Заранее написал в хостел для уточнения вопросов о необходимых документах с описанием кто мы и откуда, а также, каким образом собираемся приехать. В ответ получил письмо где было указано что достаточно одного из двух документов: или вакцина или ПЦР тест, что все ок, ждём вас с нетерпением. Приехали в 10 вечера и тут нас ожидал сюрприз: они отказались нас регистрировать и заселять оперируя какими-то нормами и документами, которые нам так и не показали, что нам необходима исключительно европейская вакцина для проживания в хостеле. Не моргнув глазом сотрудница хостела выставила нас на улицу ночью, невзирая на то, что мы показали их ответ о том, что достаточно ПЦР теста. При этом отказались отменять бронь и сказали писать по этому поводу менеджеру, а позвонить они не могу, так как уже было поздно... Т.е. выставить нас под надуманным предлогом в чужом нам городе было не поздно, а менеджеру было звонить и беспокоить по их прямым рабочим обязанностям было поздно... С трудом через пару часов мы нашли отель со свободным номером и заселились (если честно я уже думал что придется ночевать на улице). На следующий день мы вернулись туда чтобы встретиться с менеджером, однако нам опять сказали что его нет, якобы находится на второй работе, и звонить ему они не будут. В этот момент пришло сообщение что наша бронь аннулирована, так как мы якобы не явились на регистрацию во время. Деньги за бронирование нам отказались возвращать хотя тариф был стандартным. Крайне неприятная ситуация, какое-то мошенничество с их стороны получается. Надеюсь никому не придется с столкнуться с такой ситуацией. Никакой человечности, никакого гостеприимства.
