+ Amazing location Building with great history « grande dame » of the city My suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and cozy Concierge / reception / bar staff , everyone was trying their best ! For Marriott bonvoy members they were soo reactive on the app messaging - The carpeting of the suite needs to be refurbished “it’s the time” Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests. Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day. Solid hotel , I love it , just mentioning places where it could be improved.

A very elegant hotel in a central, prestigious location. That’s why it is very expensive - other Warsaw hotels offer a better value for money ratio. The room was quite small but comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and with good variety - I recommend potato pancakes with mushrooms. The swimming pool quite small, good steam room and Sauna. The reclined chairs in the sauna resting area could be more comfortable.

Wszystko było prawie Ok,szkoda że bar nieczynny w popołudniowe weekend, czystość, lokalizacja rewelacja ,obsługa duży znak zapytania, zamówione danie nie dotarło do pokoju na drugi dzień przeprosiny od pana z obsługi
