I stayed the weekend for accessibility to work. Room was spacious and clean. WiFi was a little temperamental which made working from the hotel a little difficult in the evenings Stayed in east facing side of the hotel- amazing sunrise! Breakfast was basic, but acceptable. Staff very attentive.

I am not new to this place, we use this hotel at least 3 times a year stay for the weekend with friends and family. Always a pleasant stay. This time I found something is missing in the breakfast menu like cartoon of yogurt, curd or natural yogurt, cottage cheese etc. Staffs are as usual very professional, helpful and approachable. One new thing noticed added in the menu is that the evening dinner, unfortunately, not much choice available only fried fast foods and not a cooked dinner menu that would be more appropriate and appealing. Anyway, overall very pleased with this hotel and it’s service in general, highly recommended.

A great hotel for a business trip. Excellent service and a fantastic team. I'll definitely stay there again.

Staff were great, am not giving 5/5 only because the amount of noise during the night from other rooms kept waking us up, repeatedly slamming the door at 2am

decent location, usualy english breakfast but offers take out and motorway noise can be high

They really made a fuss of us here, the place is very convenient, lots of EV chargers here and next door at the Village hotel, nice clean and modern room, good shower, decent breakfast and lovely staff. Well done

Arrived early - 40 minutes - asked if possible to check in. Told to wait ten minutes and then told ok. Went to room and not ready. Housekeeping not aware but did say they'd do our room quickly. No problem. Just wanted to use loo and would come back later. Returned much later. Room ready and clean. Bedroom bin had not been emptied. Very noisy from traffic through the night. Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast pretty poor. Hot offering sparse and cold. Continental limited. Staff were very pleasant which was lovely and probably made up for the shortcomings. Would choose somewhere quieter, ideally.

Standard quality, nice breakfast. Smooth check-in. Nice bed. Easy to access.

Regular traveller and I always choose this hotel. Safe and clean . 24 hour desk service. Rooms are clean and spacious . Comfortable beds. TV , kettle and iron in room. Meals served up to 9pm and staff are so accommodating to your personal choices. Breakfast included in hotel charge.

Great location, free parking, free breakfast, free sweets. You can ask for free amenities such as toothbrush, razor, cotton buds. Overall, great experience to stay here!
