โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ที่จอดรถหน้าโรงแรมมีจำกัด อย่างไรก็ตาม ทำเลที่ตั้งดี มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ติดกับโรงแรมเลย

ถึงแม้จะอยู่ไกลจากใจกลางเมืองไปหน่อย (ประมาณ 20 นาที) แต่โดยรวมแล้วดีมาก ฉันไม่มีตัวเลือกในใจกลางเมืองเลยเลือกที่นี่ บริการดีเยี่ยม

เราพักที่โรงแรม Leonardo Hotel Salzburg Airport เพื่อเที่ยวชมเมือง และเป็นการตัดสินใจที่ดีมาก โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถฟรีและมีบัตรโดยสารรถสาธารณะฟรี ทำให้การเดินทางไปยังใจกลางเมืองสะดวกและรวดเร็ว ห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย พนักงานก็เป็นมิตร โดยรวมแล้ว เป็นที่พักที่สะดวกและราคาไม่แพงสำหรับการเที่ยวชมเมืองซาลซ์บูร์กโดยไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องที่จอดรถในเมือง

โรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยมตอนนี้อยู่ในเครือ Leonardo เดินทางสะดวกสู่สนามบินและห่างจากตัวเมืองเพียง 15 นาที ที่จอดรถฟรีบนพื้นและห้องพักใหญ่มาก เสียดายแค่หมอนบางๆ

เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันพักที่โรงแรมและประตูห้องถูกเปิดก่อนจะเข้าห้อง มีน้ำขวดครึ่งขวดที่คนอื่นไม่ได้เอาไป ปลอกหมอนบนเตียงมีฝุ่นเยอะมองเห็นได้ ด้วยตาเปล่า ฉันสงสัยจริงๆว่าห้องไม่ได้ถูกครอบครองเป็นเวลานานและยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด อยากเปลี่ยนห้องแต่บอกไม่มีห้องเลยแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมช่วยเปลี่ยนสูทสี่ชิ้นและแทบไม่ได้พักแค่คืนเดียวตกใจมาก

โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักอย่างรื่นรมย์ในมาซาร์ตา ทุกอย่างเป็นไปตามที่ควรจะเป็น พนักงานต้อนรับมีน้ำใจและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ไม่มีที่ติ เรามีการจองเพียงรายการเดียวเท่านั้น คนทำความสะอาดห้องเข้ามาในห้องเราหลัง 9 โมงเช้า ซึ่งเรายังเตรียมตัวจะออกและยังแต่งตัวไม่เรียบร้อย ผู้คนเข้ามาสองครั้งทั้งที่เราร้องขอและมีป้าย "ห้ามรบกวน" ที่มือจับประตู ทำไมมีป้ายพวกนี้ถ้าพนักงานไม่เคารพ? มีบางอย่างผิดปกติที่นี่และควรได้รับการแก้ไข ขอแสดงความนับถืออย่างสูง.

The far distance from city centre could be a concern, but it was really convenient to travel between hotel and city centre by the 180 or 181 bus!

Great hotel for a short stay in Salzburg: free parking, free ticket for all public transport, very close to the airport and to the Autobahn to Munich. 2 small negative things I would like to highlight that are worth improving: 1. At the main door, there are 2 parking spots, clearly marked "CHECK-IN". So my understanding was: park there, then check-in, then move the car to the main parking lot upstairs. But then the first thing that I heard at the reception is that there is a fine for parking at that spot and that I must move the car right away. That is confusing and very strange, since those 2 parking spots don't have any other marks (e.g other company signs like some further spots) and the "CHECK-IN" designation is very visible. I would recommend the hotel to address this issue, either by removing the "CHECK-IN" designation from those spots, or moving that designation to another spot, or posting clear check-in-parking instructions somewhere. Thank you! 2. I had shower gel in the hand soap dispenser (the bottle had number 2 in it while the hand soap should have had number 1). The gel can still be used as soap, of course, but also there was only enough gel for 1-2 uses. I'm sure this was a one-time issue, but I have to remove 1 star from my review because of that. Thank you!

Closed to the shops and restaurants, parking was easy. It's good to stay over the night.

4th time staying here and another great stay. Staff are attentive and helpful. Room stank of cigarette smoke which isn't the hotels fault. Complained and was happily moved to a new room. Happy!

Clean, and close to airport, about 10 minutes walk away from terminal. Parking is not free, 65 Euro per day.

Good value for the price with plenty of parking. The room amenities are great and the staff is very friendly.
