Not only the location within a very filthy and abandoned area was shocking upon arriving; there were people sitting in front of the hotel and moving around the 'lobby' which defiantly belong to the 'project-complex' (HLM) and not to the hotel. The doors were widely open, but no hotel staff around. As indicated by a sign, guests have to use a very dirty and sticky (defiantly not hygiene and certainly not in-line with COVID-19 sanitary regulations) telephone to call a reservation agent. Unfortunately you only get to know, that there is no staff around until 16:00 hrs (official check-in time). Never the less, even the back-office was completely open and also on the reception desk registration cards with personal information were laying around - visible for everybody, with all personal information, one should keep at a discrete place to cope with official data protection policies. The furniture in the lobby was old and damaged. With all the garbage laying around, broken glass on the ground no staff on place but strange people hanging around and squatting in the lobby befitting from the vacantness this place is the most horrible 'hotel' I ever (almost) stayed. The driveway in front of the hotel was full of potholes and the signs at the entrance seemed like this place was abandoned a while ago and serves now as a retreat for homeless people. Don't get me wrong: if this is the intention to give shelter to homeless people, this is a nice gesture. Still you would need a bit of surveillance and should defiantly not sell rooms at this place to guests, which might have a certain need of security. I would defiantly not want my personal data, including credit card details laying around in a doss house / hostel for homeless people. There are other ways I help people in need! After I have called the group reservation to complain about the state I found the hotel / hostel, asking for a staff to speak with in person on spot, as I could not imagine, that this would be the standard DORMERO would strive for, I was told, that the hotel manager should be around and will be called to the lobby via the reservation agent I had on phone. Well, still after 15 Mins nobody showed up, so I had nothing else to do but leaving from this spooky and creepy place. How could someone leave such a place and run it down to such a bad state?! How could ever someone rate the location and state better than terrible?! Have a look at this place - you would not believe you are in Germany / Black Forrest / Freudenstadt but somewhere else, where nobody lives or took care for ages! I traveled the world and am not only staying at 5* Hotels; but the worst 1* Hotel is cleaner and safer as this place. I understand one might chose the location for the cheap construction site. But not hotel should place their name / brand proudly on that abandoned, filthy, down-and-out garbage dump! Luckily there are many family run places in the area, where I found an alternative quickly. Wir haben uns auf ein schönes Wellnesswochenende mit Saunenlandschaft, Whirlpool und Swimming Pool gefreut - pure Entspannung eben. In der Realität war unser Aufenthalt zwar schön, aber nicht wie erwartet. Das Hotel besteht aus fünf einzeln stehenden Gebäuden, das weiteste ist ca. 300m entfernt. Leider erhält man beim Einchecken wenig nützliche Informationen, bspw. zu Corona, Frühstück oder wo sich die Wellnessangebote befinden. Also macht man sich mit einer wenig hilfreichen Karte draußen von Gebäude zu Gebäude laufend auf die Suche, um in drei Gebäuden dann je eine Finnische Sauna vorzufinden. Zwei Gebäude haben einen kleinen Pool, außerdem gibt es einen Whirlpool, der kaum blubbert und nach 5 Minuten eine 5-minütige Pause braucht. Die Erlebnisduschen im BelVital haben nicht funktioniert - vielleicht coronabedingt (?). Schade war auch, dass die Wellnessbereiche nur begrenzt zugänglich waren und vor allem in den Abendstunden nicht nutzbar. Teilweise gab es auch widersprüchliche Angaben, wann welcher Bereich öffnet. Die Bademäntel, die wir zu Beginn auf dem Zimmer hatten, waren alt, eingegangen, zerfetzt und einfach nicht zum wohlfühlen. Da wir gesehen haben, dass andere Gäste tolle Bademäntel hatten, haben wir an der Rezeption nachgefragt und neue, super flauschige Bademäntel bekommen. Der Empfangsdame waren die alten Mäntel sichtlich peinlich, aber das Problem schien ihr bekannt zu sein und wir haben uns gefragt, wieso die Mäntel nicht einfach komplett ausgetauscht werden. Auf den Fluren hat es leider häufig nach Rauch gestunken, wo dieser her kam, wissen wir nicht. Beim Auschecken hat sich eine Schlange bis in den Frühstückssaal gebildet, sodass man ewig lang anstehen musste. Gut fanden wir aber den Sektempfang, Tee und Wasser im Spa, 24h Zugang zu Snackautomaten, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ hochwertig, die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein lustiges Old-Schoolradio und unser absolutes Highlight war das Amerikanische Buffet im Waldach Hotel. Außerdem haben wir irgendwann eine Infarot-Wärmkammer entdeckt, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Fazit: Hotel gut, Wellness-Charakter ausbaufähig. Am Ende waren es viele Kleinigkeiten, die in der Summe den Besuch ein wenig getrübt haben. Eine schöne Zeit hatten wir trotzdem!

จองห้องทวินห้องไม่ใหญ่แต่พอได้2คน5กระเป๋าเดินทางขนาดใหญ่23กก. ตั้งพอสมควร คนไม่พลุกพล่าน การปรับปรุงใหม่: แยกห้องน้ำสะอาดแห้งและเปียกง่าย อาหารเช้า ขนมปัง เนื้อสไลด์ ผลไม้ น้ำผลไม้ รสชาติดี โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ป้ายรถเมล์อยู่ชั้นล่าง แต่ตัวเมืองยังสะดวกสำหรับขับเอง มีที่จอดรถ เหมือนคืนละ 6 ยูโร หรือฟรี ลืมไปเลย เพราะเป็นทริปธุรกิจมาก็ไปไม่มีเวลาไปช้อปปิ้งโรงแรม (เมืองเล็ก ๆ ) เงียบสงบและสวยงามแล้วมีโอกาสมาที่นี่คุณต้องรู้สึก

ทุกครั้งที่ฉันมาที่โรงแรม การตกแต่งภายในได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่และสภาพแวดล้อมก็เงียบสงบ ชอบเป็นพิเศษ 💕 มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านขายยาในห้างสรรพสินค้าหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง เดินทางไปสถานีรถไฟและสถานีขนส่งสะดวกมาก ราคาไม่แพง และคุ้มค่ามาก!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll geführt und mit einem japanischen Restaurant für das Abendessen versehen, wo man allerdings auch Schnitzel essen kann, wer asiatisch nicht mag. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und unser Zimmer wurde auf Bitten wegen unseres Hundes immer gleich früh gemacht. Wir waren im 2. Stock untergebracht und hatten ein schönes und großes Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten plus eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Hängematte, Liege, Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Ausblick wunderschön auf die alte Holzbrücke und die Murg. Im Ort selbst ist nicht viel zu unternehmen, aber mit der Gästekarte kann man gratis mit der S8 bis Freudenstadt oder Karlsruhe fahren. Bahnhof liegt oberhalb des Hotels, über die Holzbrücke zu erreichen, in ca. 10 Minuten. Dort befindet sich auch ein großer Netto Supermarkt.
