Fantastic location for all the bars, yet quiet
our room was spacious with a corner window , for some reason an extra bed, a small settee type chair, full tea and coffee and kettle, a small but perfect fridge , large bathroom with shower
tbh we were very impressed as we'd only paid £65 which was almost 20 quid cheaper than *********** and included breakfast
if we are ever in Wake again we would stay here for sure
You're just a hop, skip and a jump away from world-class art, a buzzing nightlife and key business destinations at the Premier Inn Hotel Wakefield City North. Work up a sweat or unwind with a massage at Bannatyne's Health Club. Mull over modern art at the Hepworth Museum. Stroll around the amazing works and stunning scenery at the Bretton Hall Sculpture Park. After a busy day, head back for a bite in our tasty restaurant and a great night's sleep in your extra-comfy bed.
Needs an update, the Carpets are dirty and tatty and walls have marks on. The laminate on the door in our en-suite was peeling from the bottom where the water had penetrated. Our room 207 was extremely noisy, seemed to be above the laundry, we had to keep the windows shut. The bed sheets were clean but the mattress was clearly a budget style and not very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of choice, but they kept running out of things and we had to wait 4 minutes for bacon, black pudding and hash browns. Breakfast items that should be refilled constantly. It is a convenient stopover for one night and can’t complain about the price, I wouldn’t pay anymore though.
