It was the second time we stayed at your hotel with my family several years ago. But this time was better than before. Everything would be improved, especially in the hotel front. After we checked in, Robby, we noticed a pleasant fragrance, and a kind and smart receptionist prepared a good cup of tea, which tasted so good, and she brought some small bottles to bring it to the room. It was a wonderful service. I think her name is Mai. I also think the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the VN foods; we felt the food could help remove toxins from our bodies. Thank you.

Staff does not speak English almost at all, In restaurant I have order duck and the brought me a beef pretethis was a duck. Disaster. Nice swimming pool, but staff does not understand completely why the working in hotel, better to avoid this hotel

This hotel lacks consideration as they didn't even provide enough toothbrushes for the children. I was given a free massage voucher and when I used it, the massage staff demanded a tip, which was very unpleasant! Tips are not something that should be expected, and if the customer gives it, you should accept it! This is the worst hotel.

Reception service is bad, swimming pool is small, good to have a private beach but it’s not clean - a lot of rubbishes, e.g nilon bags.
