We stayed at this hotel in January '23 and booked 4 rooms. My request for high floors and rooms together was taken and fulfilled. It's always great to be with the family in the nearby rooms. The staff at the check-in was very friendly and extremely courteous. This was our first time staying in this hotel and that too 8 people, 4 rooms. The hotel staff did their best to make us feel welcome and provided support wherever necessary. The hotel has ample parking space so there is no issue there. The restaurant staff is also very professional and friendly. They suggested to us what to eat and what not to miss. Following their suggestion was the best thing that happened! The food was very tasty and all of us were very satisfied. The rooms were very comfortable. We checked in quite late around 9 PM and slept really well and were active the next day. The breakfast spread was very good with a live counter as well. The food as usual was great! The checkout process was very smooth. We will return to this hotel very soon and this is our go-to hotel from now on when in Vrindavan.
