Nice hotel! I thought this is a motel at the first, but actually they are not. Their room is beyond my expectations. Very new and comfortable! They also got 2 swimming pools, one in door and one out door. Came to the town for visit the sequoia national park, this is definitely one of the best places to stay!

The bed was super comfortable! The staff was wonderful! And the complimentary breakfast was decent!

This hotel is a great place to stay. Very easy to miss if you're new to the area. Very quiet even though it's next to a major highway, though admittedly my gf and I weren't very quiet ourselves, sorry possible room neighbors. Anyways, bed is very comfy and the sofa-bed wasn't bad either. Fridge and microwave weren't bad, though the TV could be updated a bit. Would definitely and will definitely be staying here again.

Enjoy the amenities they have to offer. The California resturant perfect to get your dine in fox on! Shrimp over avocado was amazing!

So, upon check in, the lady in the front office was not happy to see us. She was rude and very unfriendly. She also put us in front of the laundry room in the second floor and it was very loud. The guy that works at the front office at night though was very pleasant and nice.

My stays have been really nice .. the only thing I'd like to mention is that a/c and heating unit is really loud.... coming on and then going off and then winding down.

The rooms and around the hotel need to be updated, especially the rugs, windows and curtains in the rooms. A better selection of coffee, and a better selection of freezer foods, snacks and soups. The one lady in the coffee shop was not nice and rude and seemed unhappy I didn’t catch her name but I was there from 12/30-1/1

The carpet in the hallways were dirty the WHOLE stay. No one vacuumed the hallways? For 3 days? We put the Privacy Please sign on our door, but the maid still came in while we were out. What is the point of the sign if youre going to ignore it? Check in/out was quick, though.

Liked the convenience of having food around and fast easy access to freeway

An overnight stay. I love this hotel. Rooms are big and very clean and the hotel is very nice! Staff is always very nice too

I stayed in an accessible room. Had a shower no tub. I have problems lifting my leg over a tub. The shower did not drain very well and flooded half the bathroom. Notified the front dest and mention the sink didn't drain very fast and flooded 1/2 the bathroom. I came back 10 hours later and the towels I used to clean up the water were still in the bathroom. I went to the Front Desk and told the about it and to please bring me a set of towels. Second morning the same thing happened. When I checked out I told the front staff about it again
