We have booked to stay in Fairfield by Marriott Visakhapatnam. However due to "power problem", we were shifted to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The stay was out of our expectations, from the time of effecient check in till after check out, we experienced top norch customer services. We asked to fix the TV, technician came within 5 minutes then next thing the set top box was changed. Breakfast was great, a wide variety of choices. The services was excellent. The staff will remember what we had and provided to us. I had my Indian filtered coffee made most of the mornings, they are delicious and some mornings I had take away too. The staff at the front desk were exceptional. Always greet us with a smiling face. Special thanks to Chiranjib and Pallavi. They helped me to chase the parcel that supposed to arrive before we left. They then sent it to our designated destination when it arrived. This was an exceptional effort and I appreciated very much.
