Hotel económico con todo lo necesario. Al lado de la autopista. Limpio. Las sábanas blancas y limpias, colchones y almohadas cómodos. El desayuno básico y correcto. El personal muy amable y correcto. Un saludo para la chica que estaba en recepción y preparaba a veces el desayuno que tenía un pañuelo en la cabeza. Siempre sonreía. Permiten perros. Y es fantástico que hay café e infusiones gratuitas. La pequeña pega que le pongo, es que el baño tiene la puerta y un poco de pared de cristal opaco, pero molesta con los ruidos y la luz, si el acompañante duerme. Pero aún así repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a Girona.

My husband and I came as day guests because we wanted the use of a swimming pool. You pay €30 and get a towel and 1 drink (beer or soft drink). When we arrived the outdoor pool was like ice, we're hardy swimmers but this was ice ice and so we asked if we could swim in the indoor pool. No, you pay €30 to use the spa, we asked if we could pay for the spa instead of the outdoor pass and they said yes, but you cannot then sit outside???!! We said we didn't want to be sat indoors all day so got the outdoor pass. After an hour, noticing there was not one single other person at the indoor or outdoor pool, we explained again that the outdoor pool was unusable so could we just have one swim in the indoor pool otherwise we have paid €30 for a towel and a chair (which we have on our large terrace at our accommodation for free!). We even offered to forego the free drinks to do so. We werent trying to get freebies, just asking for the ability to go for a swim like we'd paid for, making it clear we would not use the jacuzzi or anything else in the spa. Receptionist said she would get back to us in half an hour. 2 hours later....Nothing. Went back in and had to explain it all to 2 new ladies. Come back in 20 minutes. Went back and they said if you want to use the indoor pool you have to pay another €30. It was absolutely baffling that with zero other guests using the facilities and knowing we had paid for a pass to have use of a pool, they would not let us have 1 swim in an empty indoor pool. What difference does it make to them if we swim indoor or outdoor, zero. What difference would it have made to us, total. The actual advert for the pass doesnt even specify that the pool is outdoor only and when we emailed them in advance was also not advised this, nor that we had to have passports to enter (fortunately i had a photo of them on my phone, otherwise we would have had a wasted 30minute journey) because we were told we could not enter using our drivers license. Our sole purpose for coming was to swim, I'd had a bad fall and injured my leg and back quite severely and was coming to try and relieve it by swimming, instead I went back €30 worse off, irritated and still in pain. Their customer service skills and logic were appalling. What could have been a lovely, relaxing day out was totally overshadowed by their lack of hospitality.

Wir kamen bei Dunkelheit an. Das Hotel ist leider sehr schlecht zu finden da es keine gute Beschilderung gibt. Selbst die Policia-Local konnte uns den Weg zum Hotel nicht richtig beschreiben,weil es sehr schlecht zu finden ist. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir aber durch das sehr freundliche Personal wieder versöhnt. Das Zimmer war für die 4 Sterne angemessen,könnte aber etwas größer sein. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Auswahl sehr vielfältig. Der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zusammenfassung: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Ich werde wieder dort übernachten und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at the Ciutat Girona on 14 April 2023. We were charged 174.64 Euros for a one night stay. This did not INCLUDE BREAKFAST in a room without a balcony. We had a drink in the hotel bar We wanted to go to our room to freshen up for the evening. The bar was left unattended for 10 minutes so we could not pay. After waiting we went to our room (405} to freshen up for the evening.. We had a phone call to the room after around 15 minutes accusing us off trying to get away with not paying. THE BAR HAD BEEN LEFT UNATTENDED..i do not take kindly to such accusations. The hotel bar was closed when we returned a little after 10 p.m. and we had to make do with what the receptionist could provide in between her other duties. We were on holiday and the whole experience at the bar left a lot to be desired. The air conditioning was defective so we had to have to the window of the room open because the room was so hot. Of course, deliveries to local businesses made sleep impossible as the night progressed. The television remote control did not work so there was basically no TV. The flooring at the entrance to the bath room was breaking up and not to an acceptable standard. And the final insult was that we were charged for water from the mini bar! We have stayed at the Ciutat before but this will be the last time. And I reiterate that we paid 174.64 Euros for this experience.

ชอบมาก ห้องใหญ่โปร่งสบายอย่างที่คิดในโรงแรมธุรกิจ/คอนเวนชั่นสี่ดาว ห้องน้ําใหญ่จัดวางอย่างลงตัว เตียงนุ่มสบาย ระเบียงใหญ่พร้อมสระว่ายน้ํา (เล็กมาก) มองเห็นวิวเมือง 1 จริงๆ ไม่ใช่วิวสวยมากเป็นส่วนที่สวยที่สุด บดบัง 2 แต่ก็ยังรู้สึกถึงการขยายตัวและวิว ไม่ได้ชอบ เสียงเพลงดังบนระเบียงตลอดเวลาที่ฉันอยู่ อาหารเช้าน่าหวาดเสียวมาก มีการอธิบายให้เราฟังเมื่อเราไปถึงว่าเนื่องจาก covid พวกเขาไม่ให้แขกมาเสริฟเองที่ buffet แต่ว่ามีใครที่เคาเตอร์มาเสริฟให้เราและได้รับสิ่งที่เราต้องการ สิ่งที่เราเจอจริงๆ เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นคือ บริการอาหารเช้า คล้ายๆ กับอะไรที่อาจจะได้ที่สถานีรถไฟ (และไม่ค่อยดีสักอย่างที่นั้น) ขนมปัง 2-3 อย่าง ของเตรียมไว้ให้เรียบร้อย มีกล้วยกับส้มบ้าง สามีเห็นตู้เย็นที่มีสลัดผลไม้เป็นพลาสติกบางซอง กาแฟก็แย่มาก ทําไมถึงมีเครื่องชงกาแฟมากมายให้คุณภาพดีได้ ถ้วยจานช้อนส้อม หมดเลย เป็นแบบใช้สอยได้เหมือนกัน เหมือนเป็นสเตชั่น พอคนเสร็จ บริการช้าตรงเคาน์เตอร์ทําให้ต่อคิวยาวบ้างจริงๆ นี้ ไกลจากมาตรฐานที่คาดหวังไว้สําหรับโรงแรมที่คุณภาพที่ควรจะเป็นแบบนี้และ covid ไม่มีข้อแก้ตัวจริงๆ โรงแรมอื่นๆ ที่พวกเราพักในช่วงการเดินทางก็สามารถจัดหาอาหารเช้า covid compliant บางทีเค้าอาจจะพยายามประหยัดงบเพราะขาดการเดินทางมาทําธุระต้องเป็นปัญหาสําหรับเค้า พรมทางเดินสิบกว่าตัว ดิฉันเลือกที่นี่เพราะต้องการโรงแรมที่มีสระน้ําสําหรับพักผ่อนหลังจากไปเที่ยวเมือง ถ้ากลับไปเที่ยวที่เมือง Girona คงเลือกที่ที่ศูนย์กลางมากกว่าและที่หนีไปทานอาหารเช้าที่อื่นได้ถ้าโชคไม่ดีพอที่จะเจอตัวเองที่เจอกับมาตรฐานอาหารและกาแฟที่ไม่ดีเท่ากัน
