Very convenient location near the train station and main attractions. Friendly staff, clean room & comfortable bed.

Muito bem localizado. Quarto que nos foi atribuído foi nas traseiras, sem qualquer vista digna. Mas ao quarto estava bem limpo e a casa de banho muito prática e em excelente estado.

Ubicación precio excelente, solo recomiendo que si ofrecen parking garantizar puesto para todos los huéspedes no decir estamos full ..

Hotel simples. Limpeza excelente. Piscina excelente. Pequeno almoço bom. Para família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças o quarto 508 é muito pequeno.

Great location,Vigo centre. Easy,efficient check in. Small room but clean and had all amenities,great shower. Breakfast was ok,adequate.

It was nicely located. The bar had nice wine at a reasonable price. It was a bit noisy due to location but easy to get to good food places. Pool was under repair Very pleasant and helpful staff Breakfast was very very basic with bad coffee so we got some from down the street.

The room is small and the walls are not soundproofed. There was a group of very noisy occupants who have no regard for the other occupants at all. They spoke loudly and made noise as they walked. As the walls were not soundproofed, we could hear them which disturbed our rest. This made the experience of staying in the hotel a bad one.

Great service. Thank you Suzanna (I hope my spelling is correct) for being so welcoming and helpful to us. Just the right distance from town, although not close to joining the Camino Walk path (we probably took the wrong route haha). Room is very clean and comfortable. All the plumbing works (can’t take this for granted). Breakfast was just right!! Enough assortment to get us going each day. Staff very helpful in getting us extra hot water for our flasks too.

Cómodo, limpio, cerca de todo, es lo que más me gustó a 4 cuadras de la terminal de buses y de la trenes Urzaiz, cerca del centro también, loco cual desde el hotel podés ir caminando a casi todos lados, no le dejo 5 estrellas porque cuando fui la piscina climatizada estaba fuera de servicio.

Fuimos al hotel porque teníamos un congreso en el MARCO. El hotel es muy céntrico. Tiene aparcamiento de pago para el coche, en mi opinión, a buen precio para ser el centro de Vigo. La habitación era interior, lo suficientemente amplia, ya que no íbamos a estar mucho en ella. Se ve que el hotel está en proceso de reforma, intentando cuidar los detalles. Hay algunas cosillas que podrían apuntillar, pero no son importantes y la actitud del personal es siempre óptima . A nivel personal, estuvimos cómodos, descansamos bien y no hubo problemas de ningún tipo. En cuanto a los ruidos, depende de la sensibilidad de la persona, mi pareja los escuchó y yo no me enteré de nada. La atención y la explicación del personal de la recepción fue muy amable y dispuesto, da gusto y facilita mucho la estancia. En el desayuno no había buffet, no sé los motivos, pero la chica de la cafetería, muy amable también, nos traía todo lo que quisiéramos tomar y más. El personal es muy agradable. Personalmente no tenemos ninguna queja y es un sitio muy céntrico para prescindir del coche y moverse por Vigo.
