ห้องใช้ได้ แต่ประตูห้องเปิดยากไปหน่อย ใช้ระบบมือถือแตะกับประตู มีห้องฟิตเนสแต่อุปกรณ์เก่าไปหน่อยแต่รวมๆใช้ได้ดี

สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมดีมาก 10 เต็ม 10 ครอบครัวเข้าพักได้อย่างราบรื่น 10 เต็ม 10 มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่ในบริเวณใกล้เคียงเหมาะสำหรับการซื้อของใช้ และยังมี Decathlon ที่สะดวกสำหรับการซื้อเสื้อผ้าและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เราขับรถไปเที่ยวในตัวเมืองใช้เวลาแค่ 15-20 นาทีก็สะดวกมาก สามารถจอดรถแล้วเดินเที่ยวชมเมืองเก่าได้เลย

It's a good place if you're traveling by car. And that is why there's a high chance to discover a bus or two of kids or noisy foreigners staying at the same hotel. I mean it may be really packed and noisy. But I must say that the rooms are very spacious and clean. The Aircon was weird, I couldn't figure out how to make it work properly. And a kettle would be a nice addition. The main problem is the breakfast. Very basic (cheap) products. Scrambled eggs were a horror. And a very limited quantity - if you come late you may find half of the food gone and never replenished. I liked the receptionist who was kind.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The online check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, making arrival very easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The room is too hot and the temperature in the room cannot adjust

overall i like the stay at Montemezzi. the room was very clean and neat. The breakfast was included and the menu was very various. Unfortunately the distance to the city center is quite far and the public transportation is only running during weekdays and saturdays.

I don’t recommend this hotel. The staff were not helpful, the location is inconvenient with nothing much around, and the restaurant was disappointing. The menu was unclear and €9.99 for a small portion of lettuce and tomatoes is simply unreasonable. Poor value for money.

Beds are comfortable, toilets are clean, just that over the 2 nights stay, there's a couple of housefly flying around in our room. Breakfast was good though. Without the housefly will be perfect. 😂😂

The room was spacious enough for two people. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and tasty. .

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

Hotel was so nice and clean. Specially it was so quiet. Staff was good. One boy and one girl Receptionist were nice and friendly.
