โรงแรมใกล้กับ Klee Wokในเวียนนา

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Our bedroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay of three nights, we felt this is unacceptable for a hotel. Also our floor corridor didn’t have any lights with the exception of emergency exit lights (please note corridors are black and green representing a forest) so dark. Our bedroom had a very good size and kitchenette, although there was only 1 chair and the bedroom is for 2 people. These are things that I believe can be improved. The hotel have a good vibe , music and food.

โรงแรมอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟหลัก รู้สึกดีที่ได้มาพักที่นี่หลายครั้ง ถึงแม้จะเปลี่ยนกลุ่มพนักงาน แต่ทัศนคติในการบริการก็ยังเหมือนเดิม พอไปถึงโรงแรมแป๊บเดียวก็พบว่า วันยังเช็คอินเช้าอยู่แต่งานพนักงานยังให้เราเข้าห้องและคนมาหลายระลอกพร้อมๆกันก็ให้เราเข้าทั้งหมด ครั้งหนึ่งผมเคยเจอโรงแรมที่ได้ดาวสูงกว่านั้นแต่มันขอให้ผมรอถึงบ่าย 3 โมงจึงจะเช็คอินตอนบ่าย 2 โมง อัตราว่างของโรงแรมวันนั้นอยู่ที่ 80% ดังนั้นการบริการจึงไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้คะแนนดาวของโรงแรม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมโดยทั่วไปตอบสนองความต้องการมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านอาหารทุกประเภทใกล้โรงแรมซึ่งสะดวกมาก

พนักงานบริการและทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อย่างไรก็ตาม กาต้มน้ําและตู้เย็นในห้องจะสะดวกกว่าสําหรับการเข้าพักหกวัน ห้องพักเป็น sp**** และไม่มีเก้าอี้ ถ้วย หรือแก้วในห้อง

Close to HBF Wien, Gluten free/Vegan/Bio options for breakfast, helpful, friendly staff, sustainable catering/hosting practices. We loved our stay at the Zeitgeist & would recommend for travellers wanting a safe, comfortable stay while contributing to sustainable tourism! We are 50-60 years.

เรามาถึงก่อนเวลาหลายชั่วโมงและห้องของเรายังไม่ได้รับการทําความสะอาด แต่พนักงานเก็บกระเป๋าไว้ที่ปลอดภัยและบอกว่าห้องจะพร้อมก่อนเวลาเช็คอินปกติ ห้องของเรามีขนาดใหญ่พร้อมวิวของ Pasteurgasse สะดวกสบายมากและมีห้องน้ําแยกจากฝักบัว/อ่างอาบน้ํา - ความคิดที่ดี โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดี - ทางเข้าด้านหน้านําไปสู่รถราง D สําหรับ Ringstrasse และ Schottentor เดินประมาณ 5 นาที ในขณะที่ระยะทางที่คล้ายกันจากทางเข้าด้านหลังคือ Waehringer Strasse มีรถรางประมาณทุกๆ 2 นาทีไปยัง ศูนย์กลางการขนส่ง Schottentor อยู่ห่างออกไปประมาณ 3 นาทีโดยรถราง เราเลือกที่จะไม่ทานอาหารเช้า แต่มีร้านกาแฟและร้านเบเกอรี่ให้เลือกมากมายเดิน 5 นาทีใกล้กับสถานีรถรางใน Waehringer Strasse พื้นที่มีความสะดวกสบาย น่าอยู่ และปลอดภัยมาก มีสถานทูตและหน่วยงานมหาวิทยาลัยหลายแห่ง คุณสามารถเข้าถึงระเบียงบนชั้นดาดฟ้าเพื่อชมทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของเวียนนา นี่เป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจมากและเช่นเคยพนักงานที่ทําให้สถาบันประสบความสําเร็จ - Vielen Dank

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying
