I have experienced one of the worse inhu***ity and lack of empathy in this property. When I was runny from nolk and corners during a medical emergency of my mothering during my stay. In the midst of the emergency the ***ager of the hotel Anurag kept harassing me mentality to check out the rooms as it was almost my check out time. One of the rude and insensitive person to have around during your crisis stage. Not only that his lack of empathy and also knowledge will give you a nightmare in this property
